Perfect location

This apartment is situated close to everything. Beach, dining, shopping are all close. We loved the check in process using our phone. We never needed a key! Very well equipped with a large terrace and beautiful views, the only need was for a bit of an update to make the apartment brighter.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Meer im Sinne einer Lagune. Für uns war es ideal da wir bewusst nur Arcachon und Umgebung anschauen wollten, da meine Cousine früher da gelebt hat. In Laufnähe alle Geschäfte , die man braucht und ein sehr leckeres Restaurant.

Nous avons passés une semaine parfaite avec ma famille dans le superbe appartement de Vanessa , il est lumineux , moderne et confortable . La terrasse est géniale car elle est ensoleillée du matin au soir ! Et surtout la vue est incroyable, vous vivrez les marrées en direct ! Tout est à côté , plages, commerces et restaurants ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, dans votre appartement très agréable décoré avec goût. De plus, la grande terrasse nous a permis un dîner au soleil couchant, petit-déjeuner tout aussi appréciable en plein air. Quartier calme, à l'écart de la zone touristique. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, pas besoin de la voiture.

Appartement bien situé , joliment décoré et bien équipé pour notre famille composée de 3 personnes. Une très belle terrasse que malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu utiliser pleinement à cause de la météo. Vanessa, la propriétaire nous avait préparé des petits présents , délicate intention sur des produits régionaux , les gourmands ont appréciés! La clé électronique nous a fait quelques frayeurs lorsque le site internet recherche pendant 10 minutes le lien …et que l’on est à la porte.

Au calme Proche du centre d’ Arcachon

Bel appartement très bien situé en bord de la baie d’Arcachon avec une belle terrasse vue mer. On regrette : le système d’ouverture de la porte avec le portable, très pratique pour le propriétaire mais qui nécessite d’avoir toujours son portable, qu’il soit chargé, qu’on ai du crédit internet et du réseau…. Pour les personnes sensibles à cet autre détail : venez avec vos oreillers car ils sont synthétiques….

Très bel appartement joliment décoré et bien équipé. La terrasse est vraiment top pour les repas tout en profitant d'une belle vue. L'emplacement est aussi très bien dans un quartier résidentiel calme et pas trop loin des commerces et commodités. Je recommande !
