Inlet Beach sits between Camp Helen State Park and Rosemary Beach, making it easy to explore scenic trails, stroll along the shore, or bike to nearby restaurants and shops. Just offshore, the Inlet Beach Grouper Reef, part of the SWARA reef system, offers a unique spot for snorkeling.

Inside, the second-floor living, dining, and kitchen area opens to a balcony with views in both directions—sunrises on one side, sunsets on the other. Upstairs, the primary suite and guest bedrooms each have private balconies with even more to take in.

Great location for biking and beach

This unit was perfectly clean with everything in working order. We chose it for a long weekend and it didn't disappoint. We were able to bike through the neighborhood to get to 30A at Rosemary. The beach was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. There is a lot of new home construction going on next door, but it wasn't a bother at all.

Great location, cluttered apartment, rotten balconies

Overall a great stay. Location is hard to beat and that’s basically what you’re paying for. The beach water gets really brown and gross when the outlet from the lake is open though. The apartment is super cluttered and the balconies are straight up dangerous. Rotten boards and super weak railing. Wouldn’t let me kids out there alone. The beds are really uncomfortable and personally we definitely wish they had some real duvets for all beds, not just in the main bedroom.

July 2021 Stay

We had a great stay!! This was our first time not staying in a condo on PCB strip and we loved it. My kids enjoyed riding the bikes to Rosemary beach every night and we all enjoyed the peaceful of inlet beach. There was construction going on most days but didn’t bother us. Also if your light sensitive the bedrooms are very bright in the morning. The only thing I would recommend for improvement was the outdoor furniture…there was 4 balconies but only one had furniture that wasn’t broken or rusted over. Also the pictures need updated because there is 6 new large houses behind the complex. They did not completely block view as we was able to still see some beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. However, we found that the outdoor furniture was not in good shape on the bottom floor facing the park. Also the table on the upper balcony was rusted out. Floors were not clean because when we walked around barefoot our feet were black and sandy the first night. We wiped them off with baby wipes multiple times and they would end up the same way. We ended up going and buying a mop and mopping the whole floor. You can not really see or hear the ocean from this unit. Although that is not claimed I had hoped. Positives are it was decorated cure and it did have a beautiful view of the park. The beach was clean and private. Few groups were out when we went every day. There is an inlet that was also cool for the kids to look at and play in. Tons of crabs including blue crabs. We saw a sting ray our first night. Beautiful sun rise and sunset at the beach and can be seen from the unit. It is a good little hike to the beach if you have small children and are toting a lot of toys, tents, chairs, etc... Overall it was a good vacation and convenient to stores and restaurants. Would have liked for the cleaning to be better and some of the damaged furniture to be updated. I did enjoy renting through a company and actually getting to talk to someone if you had issues.

Home was clean and we love inlet beach. There is not adequate seating at the table for 4 people making dinner and games uncomfortable.

Great location

This condo is located on a more private area of the beach which was very nice. We basically had the beach to ourselves and the beach is beautiful. The condo is decorated so cute and has 4 balconies. There was new construction going on around us but it never caused us any issues. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for cooking. I loved the location because it’s situated right next to a walkway to the beach and also 5 minutes from Rosemary for food etc and 10 minutes to Panama City. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfect. You are on the end of the street right before the National park and right next to the walkway to the beach. It is in a quiet area but still walkable to a coffee shop and restaurant, but it is also centrally located for anything you would want to do in the Seaside area or PCB. We didn’t take our pet but I wished we had. This condo is for sure pet friendly. I would stay here again and again. Also the management team was very responsive-We had a minor issue with the fire alarm going off and they were there within 30 mins. They also communicate throughout your trip via text to check in and make sure everything is perfect.

Poor management

When we arrived, after several emails detailing COVID cleanliness protocol, our condo had not been cleaned. I called after hours property manager and was told that maybe they can get someone to come clean it. He was very nice and tried to be helpful, however they seem to have limited resources. Finally, at 10 PM, someone came to clean. However, my children were exhausted by that time, so we just had her change the linens so we could go to bed. When I called the next morning, the customer service representative I talk to did not sound surprised or concerned at all that our property had not been cleaned and said he “might” be able to get someone out at some point. Only after repeated calls was I able to get someone out to come and clean the property. Of course it wasn’t cleaned very well, because at that point we already had groceries, luggage, etc in. They offered no compensation nor did they follow up to see how the rest of our stay had been. When we left I had to call and ask for compensation myself. All they offered was to remove the cleaning fees. Which seem to me like the very minimal they could do, as the facility wasn’t clean, so why would I pay the fee? While the location was nice, and the property was moderate, the customer service and management is pretty poor.

Great Stay

Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design). It is located right by the beach and although it’s surrounded by new construction the apartment is very quiet. We had a great stay!

Good Getaway.

The location of this unit was convenient access to the beach. The unit itself was decorative and clean. Aside from the loud construction that was taking place next door, we enjoyed our vacation at the beach! The view was taken away by the development work taking place next to it, but we were able to avoid those distractions. After all, you have the beautiful beach at your footsteps.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Inlet Beach. Shoreline 9 unit 5 was clean. Perfect size for 4 people. The decor was shabby sheek/beachy and comfortable. The location of the condo is perfect if you are interested in a quiet beach experience. The walkway right near the condo leads to a quiet section of the beach. Great for social distancing during the summer of 2020. There are several other beach entries close to the condo but seemed to have bigger crowds. Condo is close to restaurants, fish market and grocery stores. We cooked in every night or picked up to go. We enjoyed the two bikes that were provided. We also chose to rent a golf cart which was super fun for sunset drives. The company we used dropped it off and picked it up. The management company was communicative and sent us texts with information before, during, and at the end of our trip. We did not have any reason to contact them but were pleased with their communication and check-in and out process. Some things to be aware of if renting this condo - there are a lot of stairs. Fairly steep staircase leading up to the front door and of course stairs from main level to upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Both are super bright in the morning - so bring your face mask if you are a sensitive sleeper. We were disappointed to find construction right next to the condominium. We were up every morning with the construction workers. We seemed to hear it the most upstairs. Didn't bother us as bad on the main level. They did not work on Sundays. While it did not make a huge difference in our vacation, would have been nice to be aware. Wanted to mention so you go in eyes wide open and are not surprised like we were.

Great vacation days ahead

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental is unique. If you are looking for a remote, yet convenient place, this is perfect. Inlet Beach is on the 30A /98 corridor and this rental is exactly at the county line bordering with Camp Helen State Park. There is a public beach access that is not crowded. The rental provides two free bikes which we enjoyed riding every day. Rosemary Beach is very close and within walking distance depending on your physical and health endurance. The condo apartment is very comfortable, with its separate entrance and parking spot. It has numerous amenities and wonderful details(downstairs shower was thoroughly well received after a day at the beach; there are plenty of hooks for towels/beach wear). The only negative was the construction work right next to the Shoreline Property. We knew in advance and were prepared for it. I will advise you to take a cover for your car because the machines and trucks kicked off a lot of sand in our direction. Don't let these final remarks dissuade you from going. Once you are on the beach and in the water, you will forget about it.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay - and would stay again. The location was perfect - on a remote stretch of beach. And just a 5min drive from the state park for kayaking and paddle boarding! Property management was extremely helpful and quick to respond with questions.
