This new and upscale condo is just what you have been looking for. You can relax on the beach, dine on your private balcony, take a swim in the outdoor heated pool, or relax in the hot tub. This unit is on the 15th floor of this new development. Awesome ocean front condo that sleeps six and is totally upgraded. This fully furnished, professionally decorated unit features 9 ft ceilings, granite counter tops, full-length windows throughout all living spaces including full length terrace that lead to your private balcony with a corner view of the gulf of Mexico. The separate bunkroom has a twin bed with twin trundle, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road, Aqua is within walking distance of Gulf World Marine Park and the Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex. This condo is an A3 floor plan with 1104 sq.ft. living space and 227 sq.ft. terrace space located on the 15th floor of Aqua and is .4 miles East of Pier Park. Beach service included during your stay.

Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass


Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Great getaway to PCB

We have been staying in PCB for the last 30 years and this was our first time at this property. The self check-in process was seamless. The unit was clean. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was very convenient, and the amenities were great. The staff in the restaurant seemed unhappy that I came in to get an overpriced muffin one morning, but maybe she just had an off day. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Arrived at the condo and nothing in the welcome book was right. The wi-fi password didn’t work. we didn’t have a 4 digit code for the gates to the pool, beach, and fitness center. All codes given to us were 6 digits. Everytime you flushed a toilet it sounded like a ship horn. There was moisture on the wall when arriving indicating probably mold starting. For the price of 5 days 4 nights not worth that much in my opinion. The receptacle cover came out from the wall when unplugging the TV because the TV quit working. All in all not worth it.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It's right on the beach and conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Target, Pier Park, etc. Located right across the street from a liquor store. The prices at the store are a bit elevated, but you don't have to drive anywhere to re-up on alcohol should you find your supply running low. Had a minor issue with the washer and management was able to send someone out in a reasonable time. I would stay here again.

Family Trip 2024

The condo was nice and clean. The only thing that was different this year from previous years was the condo did not have enough “start up” things like paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc to get the week started good and we needed more more bath towels as there were 6 in our group. However, I would definitely stay here again as we have rented at Aqua every year for the past 15 years and it’s just the best place for us for location and convenience to everything! We will definitely be back! We love Aqua and PCB!

Very Nice Place

The condo was very nice. There plenty of living space for our family of 5 adults. The amenities of the Aqua were all very nice as well and it was a quick walk down to the beach. We were a little disappointed that the bonus room actually had only a twin bed and twin trundle bed - not the twin/full bunk bed describes in the listing. This forced a family member to sleeping on the sofa bed which we thought we were avoiding when we made this reservation selection.

Great location condo was just okay

Aqua location is awesome. The pool area in access to the beach was very nice. The condo had a nice view from a good size balcony. No for the not so good the inside was just okay, the bunk bed in the picture is not there but it did have a sofa bed. The oven didn’t work. The master room only had sheets so we went bought a blanket. Overall I would stay at aqua again just wouldn’t stay at 1508.

Disappointing

The unit needed to be updated and deep cleaned. The pillows smelled bad. It was not as I thought it would be. There was lipstick stain on a glass. Sorry.

Run down, nightmare

Washer and dryer flood floor, cooking utensils old and nasty, patio furniture ripped, nasty. They did refund part of my money.master bed TV not good. NIGHTMARE!! Needs updating ASAP!

Not the best place

This property was dead middle a renovation project and they decided to rent it anyway, a picture was just leaned against the wall, no trim on the wall from the front door to the bedroom, the bathroom doors in master was in the middle of being double french doors but they didn't shut, and the wifi info is completely incorrect for this unit. I was very dissappointed in thinking that it was be a comfortable stay but instead felt like I was bothering their renovation. and the ice maker does not work

Do NOT use best beach getaway!!

Unit was in awful condition, no functioning lights in bunk room or in master bathroom. Texted and called multiple times to get this fixed with no response or help from the company at all. When arrived the door stop was on the ground in front of the door with screws in and out of unit randomly. Unit was not clean what so ever, sand throughout, brown discolored baseboards, unit smelled of mildew, hair in the master shower on the wall, chips and black debris on the balcony, stained furniture. I have stayed at the Aqua with my family for years and never ever had a unit in poor condition then also no answer from the rental company Best Beach Getaway, just a horrible experience. Don’t waste your money, stay with ANY other rental company at the Aqua. Love the property itself. Will stay at the Aqua again but never will I use Best Beach Getaways.

Aqua is a great place to stay this unit isn’t however!

We have stayed at Aqua several times and love the area. This unit however was the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Check in was very easy the view was great and the bed was very comfortable. That being said that’s as far as the positives go. The unit was not in good condition. The furniture was very broken down and dirty and had sand all over it. 2 of the bar stools were broken the chair in the bedroom was broken and the day bed in the extra bedroom was broken. The floors were filthy and covered in sand. We bought a swifter mop and mopped the floors and we bought our own skillet to cook in because the ones in the unit were teflon coated and flaking badly. The owner of this unit needs to do a lot of work to this unit and get a different cleaning service. We made the best of our stay though and we still had a great time. We where still at the beach which is always good. I would not stay in this unit again however. I will book through Aqua directly in the future.

Good Experience

We stayed here for Spring Break 2023. I was hesitant to stay based on some of the reviews. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. It was way more updated and nice than the pictures show. The TVs are flatscreens and the bed is different. The room is very spacious with a master bedroom and then a small bedroom upfront with a twin bed and trundle. It was large enough for our 5 year old and teenager to share. There is 2 full bathrooms in the u it and the master bathroom is huge. The balcony has a patio table and chairs and a sun lounger chair. The washer and dryer are new and did not pose any issues. Another plus, the room comes with 2 reserved beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. It seems like it would come with more for a larger room, but we appreciated that the chairs were reserved for the week. Without a room, the pair of chairs coat $50 per day! There is a small “cafe” at the pool that sells hotdogs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips and cheese, and frozen adult beverages. The only cons that we had was the mattress seemed to be older as it caved in the middle and was EXTREMELY broke in. Secondly, the tv in the bedroom relies on WIFI to cast from your phone (no cable) and it didn’t always work as the internet and phone service was shotty. Overall, I would stay here again.

This unit is filthy , the return air grate had at least an inch of sticky black fuzzy dirt on it , baseboards not missing were all filthy, curtains filthy and coming off the rods, tables had prior sticky cup stains on them all , couch and chairs are stained and have a layer of dirt on them, placed sheets over them the week we were there to feel comfortable sitting on them. The mgmt company forgot to send us a agreement to sign and blew our phone up the day we were traveling to gee it signed and then threatened to cxl our reservation on the way down because of their error , and didn’t know why we were upset about them blowing up our phones , had sn emergency on the way down , back at home , almost had to turn around , and they had no empathy ,we cxld a condo on 10th floor for thus one and regretted it, but all in all we had an amazing week in PCB, we did let this ruin our vacation Do not recommend this condo or this mgmt company We love Aqua , been staying there for 6 years now , and this condo does not meet up to Aqua standards , and maybe Aqua HOA will look into this , because this can give Aqua a bad rap if anyone who has not stayed w Aqua and stays at this condo for the first time w Aqua

Disappointed Return Stay, Will Not Return

We have stayed at Aqua many times and had always recommended it to family and friends. However, after this stay we will not be returning to Aqua. The property as a whole is ok but not for the price any more. The entire stay there were 2-3 elevators out of service at all times and we were told had been out of service since March. No one informed us if this beforehand. We waited anywhere from 15 to 45 min on an elevator. The times our hands weren’t full we chose to walk the 15 flights…but honestly who wants to do that on their vacation?!!! We did not. We waited over an hour to get all of our things down on the day of departure. Want a luggage cart? You better grab it when you see it because we were not able to find one on arrival or departure. I had to contact security to get our parking pass printed as we had misplaced it, granted my mistake, but the lady in security was very short and rude with me. No Aqua staff member even acknowledged anyone in my party during our stay when we would pass them in the hall or around the pool areas. The pools are nice but showing wear. The guys at the beach side chair rental were great. We didn’t even use the 2 chairs that came with our room though because once everyone set up in front of you with their tents/umbrellas you couldn’t see. So we spent more money and rented the low chairs they set up near the shore. As far as room 1508, we definitely do not recommend!!! It definitely needs updating. During our stay we noticed the following wrong: -washer/dryer has a bad leak. You better put down a towel unless you want to come in to a wet, slippery mess where you can break a hip -damage to several tiles on tile floor -guest bathroom toilet was filthy like it had not been cleaned -better bring plenty of toilet paper which is a given but we weren’t even left 1/2 of a roll in either bathroom upon arrival -guest room ‘trundle bed’…if you like feeling like you’re sleeping on concrete you’ll be fine. Our guests couldn’t even use it and resorted to the pull out sofa which wasn’t much better -broken light cover in kitchen -broken decor on shelves -stained seating -master bath sink on the right was clogged -owners leave a lot of junk in closets so your storage space is limited…something you don’t want at the price point we paid Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Carol, I'm so sorry that you had a less than perfect experience in our condo. I have passed along the concerns to our team to have corrected. Some of these issues could have been corrected upon arrival if we had known you had any trouble during your stay. We do provide a maintenance number for you to call with any concerns during your stay as well. We would have been happy to send housekeeping back and maintenance in to fix any of these other issues mentioned.

Overall, pretty great

Great location, amazing views. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t work so I had to rerun the dishwasher a couple of times. The fridge froze everything in the back on the 2nd shelf, and the knives were so full and handles broken that they were dangerous. The guest room had a twin bed with a trundle, not bunk beds. The gate codes and such provided were not accurate but I was able to call security and get into the parking area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s an amazing location, the views are breathtaking, and the pools and beach access were great. We would definitely stay again.
