Five Day Micro Vacay

Condo was very clean, appliances all new and kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great location and parking was a breeze. Plenty of carts to unload and load with. The view from the balcony was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Lisa and Kendall provided excellent service in our rental process. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

Our stay could not have been better! The condo was spotless, everything was like new. The view is spectacular and we soooo enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Thank you to Haven Beach Rentals for a great experience! Kendall & Lisa were great to work with start to finish.

We were down to Panama City The first week of March 2025. It was a little cooler than I would have liked but the weather was gorgeous. The condo was beautiful we enjoyed our stay and the balcony is amazing you won't be sorry if you rent this condo

Absolutely Amazing! When you view the pictures just know the condo is even more beautiful in person. The master bedroom has a king size bed and we slept amazingly. The master bathroom was nice but the extra bathroom was my favorite with a full size walk in shower. The matching bedding throughout the condo gave an extra sense of cleanliness and beauty. I truly appreciate white linens throughout as I do not feel like the owner is trying to hide any stains. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen essentials including dish soap and paper towels. We did have to purchase dishwasher pods and washing detergent to clean as indicated in the checkout instructions however, there is a Winn Dixie within a mile so this was not a problem at all. The hallway bunks are nice and our teens slept comfortably on the 2 beds without any complaints. The elevators are a WOW factor! You would never expect to reach the 23rd floor so quickly but we did. We never waited more than 2-3 minutes for an elevator even when it was busy. The view of the beach is amazing from the well-furnished balcony. I have never be a fan of parking garages but I will say this one was great. There is plenty of parking, we didn’t have to worry about not having a space if we left. Also, we have lifted vehicles and they easily had room in the garage. I rarely leave reviews but this place is to amazing not to leave a review and Lisa is wonderful. She immediately answered any text I sent her. We will definitely be back.

Host interaction was vague. After making reservation the email said I would have code “later in the week.” No date. I waited until 2 days before and texted. Was told I would get it the next day. I did not. I got it the next morning. Neglected to inform me about fire alarm maintenance and testing. Guest bathroom was moldy. Bedroom fan did not work and never heard back if there was something I could do to get it to work. At Check in there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The outdoor furniture was filthy and I had to clean it before using it. Instructions for parking were confusing. Would stay at Celadon again but probably not this condo.
