The Snowflake Lift is just steps away to take you up to marvelous mountaintop ski runs, including Snowflake, Cashier, Bonanza, and Peerless. When you want a break from the slopes, come home to simmer in the hot tub before spreading out before the suite's gas fireplace to enjoy a good novel and a glass of wine.

The kitchen is ready to make short work of family meals, but if you're feeling creative, it'll help with that too. Just use the complimentary WiFi to research a new dish or cuisine, then get crackin' with the stainless steel appliances and beautiful cookware (don't forget to let the dishwasher handle the dirty dishes). Wrap up your day with a mug of hot chocolate out on the private balcony, then let one of the comfortable beds lull you into a peaceful slumber.

When you wake up, it's time to explore the shops, eateries, and activities of downtown Breckenridge, including Street Station, Main Street Mall, and Towne Square Mall. Stephen C West Ice Arena offers disco skate nights, ice shows, and skate lessons for the family as well.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Complex was great. Units were modern and well furnished with a full kitchen. Secure under building parking with 2 elevators. Great clubhouse amenities including pool and heated spas. Ski in, Ski out location near ski lift to base of main ski area.

We love the location, plenty of space for two people. Bedding, towels, kitchen ware...all a little tired. Not a show stopper. Plan on staying again next year.

We loved our experience with Vacasa. Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo with a great, attentive staff. My only concern was the double bed mattress in the second bedroom wasn't the best. It seemed to slope. But we had a great stay. Thank you!

This was a fabulous property, the staff were warm, friendly and accessible. Shuttle service was super easy, though location was very walkable into town. Can’t say enough good things… oh!! And the beds were quite comfortable, surprisingly so for a rental. Beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed. We will book again!

Nice property. Rooms & bathrooms were spacious and updated. Furnature was new and comfortable. *Outlets near beds need expanders due to use of various chargers, lamps, clocks, etc. *A map of the building would be nice. Confusing that you cant go from floor 1 to 6 on the same elevator. I understand that the building is on a slope. But it wasnt explained very well at the front desk and there was no map. That being said our stay was great and I was very happy with everything. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Access to chairlift and slopes right outside the door. This is my 2nd stay here at this property (different room). Will stay again

Close to the slopes, not super clean.

Convenient location right by the ski lift. They have an area to store your skis and a shuttle that will take you anywhere in town, which was really nice. This unit, however, did not have any Netflix or streaming apps on their TV's and we had to rent really old DVDs from the front desk. The unit was also not thoroughly cleaned. We found a small baggy of white powder in-between the sheets. I can only assume what that might have been. Thankfully we didn't have small kids with us, otherwise that would have been a dangerous problem.

Blue Sky #508 the 1st Week of June

No skiing in June. However for the first week of June, the location was great for Breckenridge restaurants, shopping, Buena Vista whitewater rafting, boating at Dillion Lake, and Gold mining nearby. Comfortable and spacious two bedroom two bath condo within walking distance to downtown Breckinridge included combined living/kitchen/dining area. Well stocked with side by side refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, double sink, granite countertops, cooking utensils and convenient stacked washer and dryer. Private patio offered a nice view of the hiking trails. Rental included a single covered garage space easily access on the third floor. Shared amenities included a nice heated pool, multiple hot tubs, children’s arcade/game room and fitness center. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to town was a big plus. We hope to return when we can ski.

We came Mothers Day weekend. The property was deserted. We got the shuttle to ourselves as well as the hot tub and pool. Everything was PRISTINE. One thing to keep in mind is that late in the season peak 8 is closed so no ski out but the shuttle made up for it!

Absolutely wonderful!

Unit 508: I hope we have the opportunity to stay in this unit again; it was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for one night in mid-September 2022, as our daughter had an event and was staying in a nearby house. The unit was clean and nicely decorated; there were no odd smells. It was spacious for the two of us and provided everything we needed. We used the gas fireplace briefly, as I tend to be cold and it warmed the space up quickly. The mattresses felt firm and the bedding was nice, clean, and comfortable. This unit is on the 5th floor, which, at least for this area of the building, is ground level. The lobby and pool/hot tub area are on the 4th floor facing the other direction (under the odd numbered units across from 508). The arcade and fitness rooms are near the pool area on the 4th floor, as well. It was a quick walk down the stairs or down the elevator to access these amenities. Underneath 508 is another unit that has a small, private hot tub that sits underneath 508's balcony; the unit underneath has a view of a rock wall, as it is technically underground. 508 has a beautiful view of trees, a walking path, and the other buildings are far enough away that you don't feel like you are looking into other units or vice versa. It was so quiet and peaceful at night. During the day, we heard some playful children in the hallway and two people having a pleasant conversation in one of the units below. We only seemed to hear that conversation while on the balcony and not when we went back inside. There is a 6th floor and we did not go up there, but it's safe to assume it's all units up there. We got exactly what we were expecting, if not more, from the photos and description of the unit on the Vacasa website. We were so pleased. My only suggestion would be to put whatever is in the second bedroom that has a green light (a router or something) inside a cupboard, so that the green light isn't blaring all night. I put something over it, as it was keeping me up. Also, I missed my doggie. I wish there was an exception for tiny dogs, but I get that keeping the unit free of pet stuff might be a priority for an owner. BlueSky Staff: Nate and Lindsey (we think that was her name) were so awesome to engage with. We engaged with Nate the most and he was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Transportation: Not only was Nate there to greet us, he ended up being the shuttle driver for us, too! He took us down to Main St. (my husband has a bad knee, so we really needed the shuttle) and he picked us up when we were ready. Not sure how far the walk would be, but it didn't seem far. Main St. has stops along the way for lodging transportation and when you are ready to go back to BlueSky you call and provide the stop number. Unit 508 came with a parking spot, which we used. The garage is protected with key access and I felt safe in there. Grounds: The hallways are a bit lackluster. My husband and I had a chuckle when we both had the same thought that the hallways reminded us of The Shining. The hallway outside 508 had a funky smell; luckily it didn't follow us inside the unit. The lobby, however, is warm and welcoming. We weren't skiing in September, but we did see that the property had an onsite lift/gondola that you could walk to. Not sure of the distance. Overall, we had a truly great experience and hope to do it again...maybe during the ski season!

Perfect home away from home

We loved staying at the BlueSky! We rented it for 5 days to attend a conference down the street, so we weren’t ‘home’ a lot, but really enjoyed the setting and the balcony. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were great, and we loved having so much space so we could have people over for a meeting!
