Non-Smoking, large one bedroom, two bath condominium with spacious sleeping loft bedroom is situated on ski run. Ski to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Top floor and only one common wall makes for a quiet location (Sorry no elevator!!).

Unit has heated garage, and one extra parking spot in front of garage. The garage is large enough to easily park a standard SUV such as a Ford Explorer.
Large windows with southeast view. Watch the sun come up over Mount Baldy from the kitchen table. Fantastic views of Mount Baldy from the large deck. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. New large high-top dining table, seats six, ceramic floor and counters.
Master bedroom with queen bed. Master Bedroom window opens up to Sawmill Creek which is very relaxing in the summer/fall.
Fireplace (new gas, fall 2013) and full bathroom on main level. Spacious loft has three full-size beds, and a twin bed. Second bathroom with shower in loft. Loft also has its own TV and DVD player.
Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.
It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from late September until opening ski weekend and from closing ski weekend until Memorial Day.
Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December.

Our family has been vacationing in Breckenridge since the early 90's. We love the outdoor activities available, especially skiing and cycling. We have season passes and ski as often as we can.

Cozy and Excellent Location. Highly Recommended!
After searching tirelessly for Spring Ski accommodations, I landed on Jim and Suzanne's Breckenridge condo and was immediately charmed by the cozy feel and amenities provided from the pictures and description. I needed something big enough for 2 couples to comfortably stay together for 8 days while not being completely on top of each other and this place was perfect! We loved the fireplace and large kitchen table that brought us all together for meals and socializing. My girlfriend and I chose the upstairs loft bedroom which I felt provided a little more privacy despite it being a loft. The high ceilings, a comfortable bed (there are 3 additional mattresses upstairs great for children or people who don't mind sharing the room) and ample hanging and drawer space was perfect for us and there was plenty of natural light. In fact the whole apartment feels large because of the vaulted ceilings which you would not find with the apartments below. We loved the private deck space with chairs and grill which were perfect for morning coffee watching the snow fall or preparing burgers. The kitchen provided more than you could expect or ask for and we never needed or wanted for anything. The main or master bedroom located on the living floor was also great with a large hanging closet and dresser along with a separate good sized full bath. We also loved having the private heated garage to store our snowboards/skis and other gear. It made it a breeze in the morning to come downstairs, open the garage, grab our gear and make the easy few minute walk up to the Snowflake lift that gives you access to the entire mountain (you can see the lift from the complex). When you're ready to come home, all you have to do is hop on the 4 O'Clock trail and ski right back home for your own Apres Ski. You're also very close to the grocery store and downtown Breckenridge for shops and restaurants (less than a 5 minute drive and we even walked a few times). We were all incredibly happy with the house and of course how hospitable Jim and Suzanne were. You will absolutely love the location, convenience and functionality of this condo and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a ski get-away. Thank you so much!
Great location for a ski vacation!
Owners are amazing! Suzanne and Jim were great to work with, very responsive on any questions. They even provided a list of great recommendations for ski equipment and places to eat. The location of the condo was perfect, a short walk to Snowflake lift, ski in at the end of the day and quick walk to town. The heated garage was key, we left all ski equipment in the garage and never had to bring it up the stairs. Boots were always warm in the morning. Condo was well stocked! They even provided shampoo, lotion, extra dish soap, etc. Kids loved the loft!! Love that some games were left in the condo, we played cranium and Mexican train. Only wish the hot tub was closer! Overall, great condo! Thanks!

Great communication from the owners. We appreciated the heated garage during two heavy snow days. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable condo with a fantastic location.
Fantastic ski property with great amenities
This is a clean, well-maintained, and pleasant space in a great location. From a skier's perspective, this is about as close to ski-in, ski-out as you can get but has the added bonus of being an easy walk into town. It's ideal for the majority of ski season when the snowflake lift and 4-o'clock run are open, but the close proximity to the free bus makes it great year-round as well. These things alone would earn a 5-star rating, but there are three features that really send it over the top: First, we've stayed in places that are stingy with supplies, but this the condo is incredibly well-stocked with all sorts of extras ranging from tissues to spices. Secondly, the garage is a feature that I never knew I needed until I had one. Not only was our car safely tucked away, but our skis and equipment had a safe storage space without having to drag it all up and down the stairs every day. Finally, the owners were extraordinarily responsive and communicative both before and during our stay. I can't express my appreciation for Jim and Suzanne enough, they truly elevated the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.
4 O'clock Ski in/Walk out
Great place and experience! This place had everything we needed and delivered. Everything worked perfectly. You can ski right up to your door at the end of the day and snowflake lift is just a few steps away. I wish I would have thought to count because I think 200 is too many! Owners could not have been easier to work with. the spiral staircase leading to upstairs beds can be a true challenge after a few beverages : )

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will allow for a 50% refund of any rent paid, full refund if we are able to rent the property over the scheduled rental dates.
