La villa est entièrement climatisée et offre 4 chambres spacieuses, chacune équipées d'un lit double, de rangements ainsi que d'une salle de bain privative. Un coin enfant séparé, équipé de 2 lits simples, est attenant à la 4éme chambre.
Un grand salon / salle a manger et une cuisine ouverte sur l'espace de vie complètent la maison.
Au rez inférieur, vous trouverez également un grand espace, avec un coin télévision et un bureau.
Le jardin qui entoure la maison est calme et offre des espaces ombragés. Les deux terrasses, au rez de chaussée et à l'étage offrent une belle vue sur la baie des Millionnaires.
