Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you utilized the sofa sleeper: Leave the cushions off the couch and pile sofa sleeper bedding in the living room floor.
Dump ice into the sink; replace the ice collection bin and make sure the ice maker is turned on.
Nothing may be left on the balcony! No shells, toys, floats, chairs, etc. If you wish to leave these items behind, please leave them in the lost and found bins on the boardwalk leading to the beach.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, including ESA. ADA pets are permitted with official ADA documentation.
No smoking in room or on balcony. No exceptions! Anyone found to be in violation of this rule will be forced to leave immediately, without refund.

Location, location, location. Can’t beat the ocean view. Condo was exactly as described and just perfect for our vacation. We spent 5 weeks, and every essential we needed was there including almost new pots and pans. Bed was super comfortable. Had a leaky sink handle that the host very quickly dealt with. She was very available. Would rate this unit and host a 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities, especially with young children. The pools were great and having the beach right there was wonderful! The ocean view from the balcony was also nice. We even saw dolphins!

Beautiful and clean condo. Perfect view. Can order cheap and delicious food and drinks at Bikini Bobs. Reserve your chair and umbrella at 8am. Clean and large sparkling pools and spas. Overall an amazing and wonderful experience for my family. Close to Walmart and lots of shops but not crowded. Will be back!

From being to the end of our stay we had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. The condo has amazing views and close to restaurants and stores. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was just like the pictures. Just like any thing over time some things need to be updated or replaced, but definitely did not stop us from having an amazing time. Definitely will be going back.
