This house is furnished from top to bottom with top of the line furniture and appliances. Westinghouse LCD HDTV/DVD's in every bedroom.

This house is big and roomy, perfect from family reunions or corporate retreats. It is also especially suited for weddings.

Everything is provided just bring groceries. White sugar sand beach & turquiose water is at your back door. The beach is only a few steps away: as you open the curtains, the sounds, smell and breath taking views of the ocean take over your senses. This home is so close to the water you can watch your children playing on the beach and the dolphins cruising in the ocean without leaving the deck!!

Vacation should be stress free, so you will have to disengage and relax. This 3500 square foot GULF FRONT house offers plenty of room for large groups. You will love cooking and having meals with your family and friends; we provide a dinning room table that seats 14 people.The rest will sit at the oversized Granite bar.Everyone can enjoy meals together in the delightful,10 foot ceiling,huge living and dining room area. The kitchen is fully accessorized with upscale furnishings and stocked with all the extras to spoil you! Including a wet bar. However, to make cooking easier you will also find at First Class an outdoor grill.

Sleep has never been this sound. The 2 master suites custom window treatment tries to block the beauty out for some rest, but it seldom keeps you inside, in fact, all window treatments are custom-made. There are six bedrooms in total (ceiling fans in everyroom of the house): one suite on the first level, and 2nd suite plus four more bedrooms on the second level. The bunk bed bedroom is perfect to camp out the kids(8)while the adults enjoy piece and quiet . You will find HD TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, plus a HUGE a 60' Sony HDTV in the living room. We also have brand new top of the line bedroom furniture, washer and dryer for your enjoyment and marvel.

For a finishing touch, outside shower, charcoal grill, 3 picnic tables and alot of beach.

First Class is 2 miles west of Hwy 59 so you feel away from it all, but are only minutes from Gulf Shores array of restaurants, shops and attractions. Nearby Lagoon Pass is wonderful for fishing, hermit crab hunting and more. Enjoy the water park, go carts, putt-putt and more, all just a few miles away. Within a half hour you can see historic Ft Morgan or the National Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels flight team. Large outlet mall 8 miles north in Foley. Parasailing and jet ski rentals are 2.5 miles east. There are a number of world class (Trent Jones) golf courses and marinas in the Gulf Shores area and even dolphin watching cruises.

Great family vacation

The property was perfect for our family!! The beds were very comfortable! The grandpa who slept with kids on bunk beds wasn’t as comfortable and complained about no top sheets, but the rest of us were delighted with the property! The privacy of the beach was wonderful. Two master suites really made things nice for us, and I personally loved the little private balcony outside my bedroom. Our only suggestion is better cleaning on the main floor. Great place to stay!!!!

Beach Wedding

This property was exactly what we wanted for our beach wedding!! The car port under the house worked great for a reception! We had 22 people with us plus guest later. Everyone had space and didn’t feel crowed. The homeowner was great and easy to work with. We will be back again!!

A great family beach trip

This was a Beachfront rental with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space! There was trouble with leaking in the main room, but there was good response from the owner. It was frustrating not being able to open both sliding glass doors, but we easily adjusted. Parts had to be ordered to fix it....it happens! We had rough water most days, but that made for some good waves. Sunshine, warmth, sandcastles and ocean- no need to complain. The house is an obvious rental with very little personal touch, but the accommodations were some of the best we have had. There were 21 of us and I believe we all had a great time. That is a great family beach trip!

A MILLION Dollar Vista

A very large "picture" window and deck facing the lovely beach provided us with a Million $$ view. In fact, we only went out for just one afternoon for shopping and quickly hurried back so that we would NOT miss our relaxing "beach time".The kitchen was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with and accommodating. Two great surprises were enjoyed by all: (1) a daily fly-over (right over the beach) of the famed "Blue Angles" aerial team and (2) a night-hatching of Loggerhead turtles coming up out of their sand nest and scrambling to the ocean. Great Memories were had by all.

Great house and great location

This home is very well taken care of and Sam is wonderful to work with. We did not have any major issues arise while we were there but a few things were not working upon our arrival (unknown to us, Sam called to tell us about them) and they took care of it right away. The house is huge and we had plenty of room for everyone (there were 16 of us)! The privacy of the beach was wonderful and we were able to spread out and let the kids play! We loved the covered area under the house and had we had any rain while we were there it would have been a perfect place to hang out and still be outside! The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need. With each bedroom having its own bathroom we were able to feel like we each had our own space! The mattresses in all the bedrooms, except for the bunks were very loud and probably need to be replaced but other then that, our time spent here was wonderful! We definitely hope to be back in the future!!

Perfect Beach Location

We spent a perfect week in this house right on the beach. The portion of the beach where the house was located was definitely less crowded than the areas in front of the large high rises. We had our family, adult children, teenage children, small children and a baby. We all fit very comfortably in the house. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. This made getting ready so easy. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area made it great for family meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware necessary to make a large meal. We dealt with the house manager and she answered any questions that we had about the house or our stay. While there, we went para-sailing, relaxed on the beach, and watched my niece get married on the beach. Things to note: no beach towels, hairdryers, sample size shampoo, etc. These often vary by rental and I always like to know to expect. They do have beach toys, beach chairs, etc to enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Not young adult friendly

My group of 19-23 year old girls chose to stay here for Spring Break. While the house itself could not have been any more perfect, the renter's daughter was a nuisance. At no point in time was I aware that she would be relevant to our stay. Random appearances by her were made and random "Spring Break Rules" were verbally established when first meeting. Nothing of this sort was mentioned in our contract between Sam and I, besides the general check in/out, you break it you buy it sort of deal. All was completely understood and respected until the daughter decided to come INSIDE the house one night. She claimed "a complaint was called". I was sitting in the carport located directly under the living room and could not hear a single conversation/music being played and later that afternoon we checked in with our neighbors and we had not disrupted their stay at all. She complained about the cleanliness of the house during the middle of our stay (nothing broken/damaged, just things that could and WERE thrown away before we left obviously). Over all it was a good experience, but for future advice, you should include that the daughter will be randomly showing up and checking in on the group in the contract or at least include her name period in the contract. She was at no point mentioned, so really we didn't even have to listen to what she was saying, but out of respect we did. Also, it is quite illegal to enter your houses while currently being rented and occupied like she did. I expected the respect of examining the final appearance of the house at the end of our stay and THEN seeing if there were any complaints about how we left it. The presence of major construction directly in front of our house would have been nice to know also. Thank you for the beautiful home.
