Precious house 50 metres from the sandy beach of Cala Molins in Cala San Vicente. Can Botana House 7 has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower. There is a balcony with chairs and tables for outdoor dining and enjoying the views offered by Cala Molins. We offer a total of 4 (numbers 2, 3, 4, 7) identical terraced houses for holiday rental, all in the same complex with a communal swimming pool, with modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in all areas, bedrooms and living room. All houses have wifi internet access. Cala San Vicente has shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and can be easily reached on foot. It is an ideal place for all beach lovers looking for a comfortable, peaceful and contemporary accommodation.

Ruhig, gute Lage, modern und praktisch ausgestattet alles funktioniert Der Korkenzieher ist ein Witz und sollte ersetzt werden. Ein Mixer (Manuell) wäre auch gut. Die Töpfe sind sehr groß und teilweise verbogen, erhitzen sich daher schlecht. Ein zweites Blech im Ofen wäre auch hilfreich. Warum gibt es keine Bettbezüge, sondern nur Laken? Das ist doch vor allem für Sie unpraktisch, denn man muss die Betten dann viel öfter Waschen.

This was our 5th time staying at the chalet's at Cala Molins (6,7,8) over the years. We love the location, the houses themselves and the service from Nord Villas, its always been great. The main thing that keeps making us want to return is the communal pool, as with 2 daughters now aged 11 and 9 years, they always make friends and have a great time.

August break

Perfectly located, modern design, use of communal pool, wifi, washing machine, towels changed mid week The kitchen could have been cleaner, cupboard doors had sticky splashes all over them. The pool looked very murky for almost a week with sand and pine needles all over the bottom. A bread knife would be a welcome introduction to the cutlery draw! Breakfast bowls were chipped and need replacing. No cutlery basket for the dishwasher so all cutlery had to be washed by hand. 1 bedside light out of 6 was working.
