Bayfront birder's paradise

Spectacular panoramic views of Rehoboth Bay & surrounding wetlands and nature; yet with easy access to everything that Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes have to offer. This 3,300+ sq ft contemporary Coastal home has both formal and casual living spaces with beautiful bay views from 2 of the bedrooms, the living room, dining room, screened three season room, and two floors of 1,500 sq ft of deck. The home offers 4BR, 2.5 BA with lots of room to entertain. Everyone's favorite room is the large screened porch overlooking the bay, but with the living room, dining room, and rear deck there is space for every activity. All this is a short distance from town and beaches. Please note that guests must bring or rent their own sheets, towels and paper products. There is an initial supply of paper products.
Pillows and blankets are provided. There are exterior security cameras.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was stunning, incredibly comfortable, and even better than we expected. The location was perfect—right off Coastal Highway and so convenient to everything in Rehoboth. Our host was amazing, responsive, and made the entire stay so easy. We loved it so much that we’ve already started planning our trip back for next year! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

A great place to stay

The check in process was better than most places. The owner was great and answered any questions that we had and also checked in with us to make sure thst everything was going good. It Is a great place to stay with a great view.

Amazing view of the salt marsh on Rehoboth Bay. Lots of bird and deer sightings. Beautiful neighborhood away from downtown Rehoboth in a very well maintained spacious home. Amiable cooperative and kind hosts. We asked if they had binoculars and they had 2 pairs delivered the next day! They shared a Rehoboth parking pass with us too.

Serene View

The house is very comfortable and in immaculate condition. The best feature is the relaxing view from the decks. Plenty of space for us and our adult children to be together and find our own space too.

We had a lovely week with our two teenagers and parents at the bay house. Everything was as shown in the ad. The house is incredibly clean! You cannot beat the bay view, the hot tub, the screened in porch, or the "in law suite" (second floor) that comes with the property. The use of the washer and dryer was a major bonus, as well. If you're looking for cleanliness, space, a unique view, and the opportunity for family dinners, and game nights - this is your place!

First off Chris is a great host, he stayed in touch and we did have one odd thing happen with a mirror while we were sleeping, we called Chris and within an hour or so Chris had someone there to fix the issue.The house is very spacious, plenty of spaces to have solo time and group time, most of the vacation while at the house was spent in the kitchen, screen porch/sunroom, outdoor decks and hot tub. Everyone was happy with their sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor and is super spacious. The upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower with dual sinks and another door leading to the toilet and an additional tub with shower. The animals are everywhere, from deer to herons to raccoons and a whole bunch of squirrels and birds especially Cardinals. The view from the back is gorgeous, you can watch some fantastic storms roll by, we say fireworks from a distance on 2 nights. This house was perfection, and if we travel to Delaware again, we will certainly look to rebook here!This house, host, and location are great! The location also feels like you're in a different world and is nothing like what you drive through before 9th st. It feels so private and special.

Bay Vista is a perfect name!

My children and I couldn't have been happier with the house and location. The view of the bay is truly amazing We preferred being a little secluded and private yet a bike ride away from beaches and the town of Rehoboth. The owner Chris was very helpful and welcoming.
