Great location to Sombrero beach, located on a quiet street, the house is in good condition and was well stocked. Each bedroom has bathroom access and the pool was great. Michelle was very accommodating and had great communication.

“The place was perfect for our three families (10 people)—great location, tons of space, and an outdoor area that felt like our own little paradise. Michelle, the property manager, was incredibly quick to answer any question we threw her way. We’d recommend this place to anyone and would absolutely stay again.”

Great family stay

Great house, great location

This is an amazing property. The house was super clean, pool was great, house was way beyond nice and the location would be hard to beat - the beds were even super comfortable. Michelle is a great host and communication was great. We had a wonderful family vacation!!

AMAZING TRIP

We travel quite a bit and stay in VRBO type properties and this one was just amazing. Open Floor plan layout, amazing pool and hot tub, and a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was wonderful, and gave us recommendations of things to do while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House

What a great property. Very nice neighborhood within walking distance to Sombrero beach park. The house was clean,spacious, and had great amenities. The rooftop hangout area and pool were beautiful. Plenty of parking and great bedroom layout. We cooked almost every night in the well stocked kitchen. One of our favorites.

Perfect Get Away!

Stayed here with a group of 10 and the house had everything we could've asked for. Location could not have been better for boating and there was plenty to do at the house. Michelle was also great and always available. Highly recommend!

Love this place

This property was perfect for our family! Close to the beach, amazing pool/hot tub, on a canal with fish cleaning station and it had plenty of space for our family and friends. Marathon is our favorite area in the Keys to bring the young kids. Michelle was so great to work with also. Awesome house, location and vacation!!

Beautiful house in excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house itself is extremely clean and has a wonderful living space/outdoor space. The location is extremely hard to beat in this area -- it is a 1-2 minute walk down to Sombrero beach and located right on the canal. The house was well stocked -- including pack n plays for the baby. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Keys!

Spring Break 2023

We loved our stay! Had such a blast. This house was the perfect fit for the 10 of us. We plan on staying here again in the future. Great location; short walk to the beautiful Sombrero beach yet off the main road so there wasn’t a lot of traffic in front of the house.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Reanna, we had a wonderful time hosting everyone. Yes, we are at the dead-end street, so traffic is minimal yet a close walk to the beach for great views of the sunsets and plenty of fun in the sand and water. Having the 5BR/5BA home that can house up to 12 guests allows everyone to be close to each other but not on top of each other and grilling near the pool and balcony allowed everyone to chat about all of your adventures for the day. Thanks for sharing your fun in the sun with me while we caught up with each other! Michelle

Great Family getaway

The property is exactly as described. The property manager is very prompt with check in and with any of our needs while we were at the property. She also let us know about incoming severe weather and traffic delays. The property is a great location. Our kids really enjoyed being able to walk to Sombrero Beach, and swimming in the pool.

Wonderful Week in the Keys

The Sombrero Beach home was wonderful. My family and I stayed at the home for 10 days in November. The home is located on a side canal that is only 1/4 mile to the ocean. The ice machine at the house was also a wonderful addition to the home.

This is a great property. We rented for 2 weeks and had friends and family come throughout the stay. Michelle was helpful and quick to respond to our every inquiry. The house is clean and well stocked with lots of room. At one point we had 10 adults staying and never once felt crowded. Poolside games made for a lot of fun. The rooftop sunset views were spectacular. The dock was great for our boat, and it was a quick trip out the channel. The location is awesome being right next to Sombrero Beach. I would definitely rent this home again when going to Marathon.
