ABOUT THE VILLA AT CLUB PATARA

LOCATION

In 2014 our daughter Mavi was born and the wish of having a place for her to grow up close to the sea and in the nature was getting bigger. We travel a lot in Turkey but just at Club Patara we found all we expect from a holiday.

The two-storied Villa is situated in the front row of the resort with just seven other villas. It is located in a huge common garden with a stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea and Kalkan harbour surrounded by palm trees and date palms. The prime location of the villa makes the beach, the pools etc. accessible within a few walking minutes. It makes it so easy especially when you have kids, to be at home in just a few seconds.

You can enjoy your privacy in the villa, cook dinner with friends or family, have a BBQ at the terrace or just lounge on the sofas or in the garden. After a long day at the sea you can enjoy a drink or snack at the Bar of the resort which is next to the pool and just a few stairs away from the villla. The pools overlook the whole bay of Kalkan and the beach platforms which lead to the clear blue sea are build in the mountains.

INTERIOR

At the ground floor the spacious open planned lounge, kitchen and dining room with TV + DVD Player and a stone fireplace invites to cozy evenings and lounging. From the living / dining area two large French doors lead onto the terrace and from there into the common garden where you can enjoy the stunning view over the bay. The terrace has a stone fireplace for Barbecue evenings.

The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The master bedroom –private bathroom in the room - with its stone fireplace combines coziness and elegance with a stunning sea view. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each; there is one cot for little children. At the second floor is a common bathroom. The whole bathrooms were renewed this spring, so you can enjoy your stay in an mediterranen wooden surrounding of the house with modern, new bathrooms. A washing machine is just below the staircase. On the ground floor is an extra WC, which was renewed as well. 3 Air conditions are in the house. The Villa is furnished with antique cedar wood furniture; the high cedar ceilings give airiness to this homely Mediterranean atmosphere.

The Villa is well equipped for self catering, groceries can be ordered from the Resorts Market, full linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available in the house.

FACILITIES

The resort offers two pools, fitness area and a tennis court. The Patara Prince Hotel, which is located at the resort offers different activities which are available for our guests as well like a children’s club, diving lessons, blue cruise, water sports and a boat shuttle to Kalkan.
