At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Great location. First floor can walk right down to the pool and ocean from your balcony. Can see the ocean from the living room and primary bedroom. Great views of the windjammer bands on Thursday Friday Saturday nights.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Nicely furnished and vey clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. There is a venue right nextdoor that has live music events on the beach could be a or - depending on what you like. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication with host was excellent, from check in instructions, to checking with us to see if we had any issues with our stay. The best location in IOP. Close to everything. Very convenient location. We hired a driver to take us to Charleston and enjoyed a horse drawn carriage ride, shopping thru the Market, visiting The Civil War Museum and having a wonderful seafood lunch. We spent lots of hours on the beach and in the pool. We enjoyed the bands playing right beside us 4 evenings during our weekly stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Our view was beautiful. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was great. We would stay again.
Our family had a great week in IOP, this is our second time staying at this location but on the first floor this time. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and local restaurants with live music. Rarely did we need to use our car with everything right at our fingertips!
Position A. Right in the middle of all the action and steps to the sand. Condo is clean and roomy. I give it a 10 out of 10. Definitely would stay here again
We had a great time staying at Amy’s place. It was just exactly as listed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful access to beach and pool. Walking distance to so many restaurants. We loved the live music next door. We had great seats for the show on our patio. We would definitely stay here again.
I can not say enough about this property and yet I am hesitant because I don't want to tell everyone how great it is ! Exceptionally clean, great location and we loved the concert at Wind Jammer that we can see from our balcony!!!!
The property was the ideal size for our family of 4. The views were incredible and it was fun being able to hear the live music next door. The location is great, with all the fun restaurants right there to enjoy (Papi’s twice, piña coladas at Coconut Joe’s a few times, and Acme Low Country Kitchen 3 times!). Despite the unseasonably cold/overcast/windy/rainy weather, we tried to make the most of our stay. The beach access is incredible and we would definitely stay again (hopefully with warmer weather)!
This condo is PERFECT! The patio overlooks the pool and beach. So close to bars and restaurants but it is QUIET!! I'll be back for sure. Only tip...If you're driving, take a cooler. They have plenty of chairs...just need the cooler!!
