• A large breezy eat-in living room is decorated in theVictorian seashore style with wicker furniture. The screen door opens onto a private awninged front porch overlooking Kearney Avenue and Franklin Street. • A newly renovated eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and ceiling fan. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. A rear entrance to the kitchen from the parking area features an awninged deck.• Two large air conditioned bedrooms are situated on the second floor (one queen, and one double bed). • Two air conditioned bedrooms on the third floor (with two twin beds in each room). • A full bath, with a large tub and shower. The wainscotting preserves the charm of the original bathroom.

Wonderful Spot

The Queen is a great spot for a beach retreat, just steps away from the beach and a short bike ride from everything downtown. Definitely recommend for a beach retreat.

Great location, close to beach and shopss.

Nice property on a quiet street. Perfect for families of mixed ages. Covered front and back porches with plenty of chairs. Would say here again.
