The home was exactly what we needed and expected. Long days at the trade show... got us looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and taking a dip in the pool. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Awesome Last Vegas Trip

Great stay. The house was clean , spacious and great location. My kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Netanel was a great host. He answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place surrounded by a lot of Korean food and other good places to eat. The pool was nice and big as was the backyard. We all had a great time relaxing here. Neighborhood is slightly sketch but nothing abnormal for vegas. I would bring a sleepmask if I were to stay here again though as the curtains are thin and the sun begins to light up the rooms around 4am. The host was very communicative and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and definitely better than a hotel on the strip.

We stayed for a long weekend for the Coldplay show. The location was very convenient to the airport and Allegiant Stadium, as well as other events. Nice local restaurants, Nora's, and great communication from the owner.

Nice home

Overall it was a good experience in a nice home. The listing is accurate.Not in the best neighborhood, woken up several times by people yelling across the street.The home is an older home that is showing its age inside and outside (primarily outside).Owner was easy and great to communicate with.

Overall lovely stay!

The beds were super comfortable, the host was responsive, and the heating worked wonderfully! There's not a lot of parking available, but there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The yard was spacious enough for my kiddo to run around and burn off some pent up energy after traveling. We would love to stay again!

Convenient, quiet location close to Strip; excellent host

Neta was an awesome host; super accommodating and friendly and quick to resolve any questions/issues we had. Easy peasy drive to the Strip through Chinatown with lots of options for food.

Home away from home

We recently spent a week at this home in Vegas. It’s an older home that’s been updated. The back yard was great! We wish the pool was heated, but the hot tub made up for it. We had issues getting the hot tub to heat when we first arrived but the owner was very responsive and sent someone to help first thing the next day. We realized the water level was not high enough for the heater to kick on. It worked great after that and they cleaned the pool and hot tub while they were there too and came again to clean during the week. There was some wear to the concrete by the hot tub steps that need fixing. The bedding and towels were nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom could use some hooks to hang up wet towels and swim suits. The owner was very responsive and made sure things were good. I appreciated that there was Minimal work required of us at check out. The location was very central to everything and close to the strip and a lot of restaurants. The neighborhood was a little scary but we appreciated all the security at the home. The neighbors did have a dog that barked a lot. So if you are looking for quiet, it may not be for you. This house is big and had plenty of space for our group. We really felt at home and enjoyed staying here. Overall, I would recommend it.

Awesome stay

The house was clean and well furnished. We had record breaking temps during our visit. But the house stayed nice and cool and the pool really helped us enjoy our time. The host is amazing. Super responsive, friendly, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing home!!!

We stayed in Vegas for just under a week. This property was amazing. One night there was a wind storm that tore off a piece of trim. Someone came to fix it within 5 minutes of us texting the property manager. The property was extremely pet friendly for our German Shepherd. It’s such a gorgeous house, the yard is the best part!! We will be coming back and staying here again! Great home for families, friends, literally anyone!

Perfect Home for Long Weekend Getaway

We came for a long weekend with our two dogs and our stay was amazing! The host was communicative without being over the top. The home was well laid out with lots of space and not too much pointless decor like some other places we’ve stayed. There was so much space for our clothes in the closets, toiletries in the bathrooms, and luggage to be stored in rooms we weren’t using. The house was cozy and the yard was fantastic. Way bigger than we anticipated and perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was so-so, but I expect that almost everywhere in Vegas (ie pit bulls, glass on the sidewalks, trash in people’s yards) but the direct neighbors were respectful and made it a great stay for us. No complaints and would definitely stay here again because it was perfect distance to dog friendly hikes and to the strip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was super clean and very easy communication for any questions. The location was very close to the strip. My family and I will definitely come back to this great home.

Needs work

This property is in need of a major overhaul. The host is very responsive but has indicated that this is their first property. First off, the place was not very clean when we arrived. Shower was pretty bad and kitchen was better but not great. In fairness to the host, they did sent over the cleaning lady the following day, but we had already bought cleaning supplies and did it ourselves. First impressions were blown and quite frankly, no one wants to have to deal with that on a short term rental. The house itself is laid out exactly as described, and if it was updated, this would be an amazing property. It is just in need of a bit of repair The other bigger issue we had was with the hot tub. We knew going in that the pool was not heated (which makes no sense…. Even if they had an option to heat it for an additional charge??). But, the listing advertises a hot tub which is there and is actually very nice. The issue is that they have the heater linked to the pool pump and it is on a timer. It does not switch on until 1pm and goes off around 6pm. This means that you cannot get into a HOT hot tub until around 2pm and it starts to get cold around 6:30pm. So, no morning or evening soaks in the hot tub which was a huge selling point to me. I think we will avoid this property as we travel to Vegas often and we’re sadly disappointed

Great place for families

It's a great place to stay with your family and enjoy the pool. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Great communication with the host and very friendly. The house had all the amenities, would definitely stay again.
