Sunningvale Perfect Memories - Needs better or new cleaners for property.
The property layout was exactly as mentioned and worked well for our family group of adults. However, the property was not clean when we checked in. We had a 6 night stay for 6 people, over the Easter long weekend , expecting to be able to cook and prepare Easter meal/s for our family. First impressions - front door steps covered in leaves, had not been swept. Inside - Indoor wooden floors hadn’t been washed, as there was clumps of fluff/dirt throughout hallway, and a bobby pin in middle of hallway floors. All 3 x bathrooms had long black hair in the shower floor and bathroom floor. Found dead cockroach in the grate in bathroom connected to internal laundry. Toilets, bathroom floors, and wooden floors throughout didn’t appear to be washed with visible marks on floors. Kitchen cupboards had greasy marks on doors above cooktop. Check in was 3pm the day before Good Friday, with some of our guests checking in on Good Friday, which made it unsuitable for cleaners to return on the public holiday to re-clean, as this should have been ready and cleaned before checkin. My husband, daughter and I purchased cleaning products before the shops closed, and cleaned the 3 bathrooms ourselves and then on hands and knees cleaned the kitchen floors and cupboard doors.Oven was grimey, dried blood stain on underside of quilt cover, dirty bedroom throw blankets too. No instructions were left for the use of the internal lounge TV either. Overall experience disappointing. Needs cleaners.
