Located in the heart of the Hocking Hills, Summit Point is the ultimate relaxed, serene setting perfect for honeymooners, small families or just a couple’s getaway. This cozy cabin is a spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin structure, nestled on 18-private heavily wooded, yet scenic, acres with incredible rock formations sprinkled throughout. With approx. 1,450 sq. ft. of well-appointed living space and approx. 1,000 sq. ft. of exterior covered decking and patio for outdoor entertainment, this cabin surely does not disappoint. After a long day of exploring everything that the beautiful Hocking Hills has to offer, no matter the weather, peace and relaxation are waiting for you. - Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent Summit Point.
- Renter must provide a valid driver’s license copy that includes date of birth.
- Renter must agree to review and sign Rental Agreement (see attachment at end of booking process). Agreement will again be emailed to Renter after booking is accepted for electronic signature.
- Renter agrees to provide refundable $500 security deposit in the form of a "Pre-Authorization Hold" to Renter's credit card on file. Hold will be processed against Renter's credit card on file 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in.
- As the responsible member of your group, Renter will be responsible for anything that occurs during the stay. Renter must be present at Check-in and throughout the duration of the rental period.
- Rates vary on time of year - All reservations have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Very nice cabin in a secluded setting
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was close to many hiking trails and natural attractions. The cabin was VERY clean and well maintained.

Beautiful Cabin, Super Clean!
