The house was incredibly comfortable, beautifully presented, and perfectly positioned with scenic surroundings that made the experience even more special. Every little detail was taken care of — a testament to Bob’s thoughtfulness and great communication throughout.Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we genuinely felt at home. Relaxing at the heads

We had a wonderful time over the long weekend with our friends. We could take long walks on the beach and spent a nice morning at the markets on Saturday. We had long evenings playing cards and watching the Warriors. Shame that they lost. Loved the house. Very comfortable. Our dog loved it too.

Wonderful view.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and clean & Very well equipped, well placed with a 5 minute walk down to the beach. The views from the picture windows are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Weekend at beach with grandchildren.

The property had lovely views and was very comfortable and spacious to stay in. The home was well presented. The only negative comment we would make is that the number of notes attached to items within the property seems excessive.

The property is a fantastic house superbly located, Bob the host was very accommodating and helpful and very approachable.We would love to revisit if available at our time.The children loved the area with the estuary and the close surf beach.

This is a superior home, very spacious and in a prime position overlooking the estuary and bar. We enjoyed our brief stay and hope to return.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else

Bob's place is amazing, both the property and the location, and the views. Just exceptional in every way. Tons of room, not so fancy you're worried about damaging anything, and a short walk to the water!!

We keep coming back!

Bob's Mangawhai house is a home we keep returning to. What a location and view? This home has everything you need, it's walking distance via the beach to the village and is great for families. My boys just love playing table tennis downstairs. The house is close to the surf beach and dunes and the view over the estuary is breathtaking. Thank you Bob, and for the Mangawhai Bennetts chocolates you always leave - such a treat!

You won't move from the deck

You won't move from the deck with the amazing view of Mangawhai estuary life. Great holiday with the family. Huge house with everything you'll need. Top-notch communication with Bob. We hope to be back.

Absolutely wonderful long weekend

loved this property. Bob was extremely easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as listed. We were 4 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog and it was very spacious with incredible views. Easy walk to the estuary, and a 2-3 minute drive to the beach. Would recommend, appreciated the little touches amongst the property as well. Thanks for a great stay :)

Beautiful views and well cared for property. We were blown away with all the little extras this property offered which meant we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds are comfortable and all ammenities are well explained and thought out.

Fantastic family getaway

Spacious, clean and very comfortable with heaps of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. Brilliant location, with easy access to the surf beach and the estuary. Wonderful host who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and felt welcome. Couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing Spot & View

Amazing spot and reasonably priced for what we were looking for. Had an amazing view of the ocean from the lounge and deck. Bob was an amazing host and easy to deal with. Thanks again for allowing us to stay. Stay safe.

oh the views!!

I feel conflicted in giving a fantastic review of Bob's property because it will make it all the more difficult to rent in the future! But that would be very unfair on Bob. A fantastic place, great size for our family, amazing location, and the views alone make it worthwhile. you don't need a TV with views like this! Thank's Bob for letting us stay. We will be back.

Everything was just right.

Bob is an excellent communicator and the house is set up well. That we were able to take our beloved black lab was the icing on the cake. Dispatch would be comfortable summer and winter and would accommodate the numbers advertised in the description.

Can't express how happy we were with this home.

The house was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, blankets and seating. We probably didnt move from the deck the first day as the view was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the fact we all had separate bathrooms..priceless! Owner kept in contact regarding rubbish collection and just generally made himself approachable and available should we have needed him. Would absolutely rent again.
