This modern and stylish home with Wi-Fi sleeps up to 8 across 4 generous bedrooms. The heart of the home is the open plan living, dining and kitchen with beautiful high ceilings, which opens out onto the sunny deck and outdoor entertainment area.

The diagonally cut deck breaks up the outdoor zone into private sunny nooks to sink into beanbags or get stuck into a good book on the lounger, while the kids play on the large grassy lawn.

The star of the show at Magnifique is the "floating" deck with outdoor dining table, BBQ, and luxurious sofa suite. Lounge here with a drink in hand as the afternoon sun turns to dusk!

Magnifique is set up for the ideal summer holiday, with boogie boards and skateboards available to borrow for days in the waves or on the Mangawhai skate bowl. Fuel up your days of adventure with a morning Nespresso and big brekkie whipped up in the modern kitchen. With air conditioning and a heat pump, you'll be comfortable whatever the weather and safe in the knowledge that you can catch up on the latest Netflix show if the weather turns to custard!

Magnifique is in a great central location, a 2-minute drive to the golf club, 4-minutes to the village, and 7-minutes to the beach.
