About this property

Luxury Apartment with 1 bed directly opposite the beach, including beach set up!

Pamper yourself in our luxurious condo; enjoy morning coffee on the balcony while gazing directly at the azure waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beach Set-Up, (2 Chairs and One Umbrella) is included in the rental fee.

Our unit is located on the 2nd floor at the west end of the buidling right opposite the beach - this affords wonderful sunset and gulf views and gives the unit a light airy ambience due to the additional natural daylight from the west wall window.

It's only around a one minute walk from our front door to our private beach access!

The unit features a contemporary remodeled kitchen & bathroom; granite surfaces; tiled floors; fully enclosed cultured marble tub/shower. Gated access to private beach. 40" flat screen smart TV; 20' flat screen / DVD in bedroom. King size bed and sleeper sofa. Dedicated Gulfview 1 pool right outside building.

Wireless internet access is included in the rental fee.

Miles of beachside sidewalk and cycle paths. Beachside restaurants within walking distance. Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Open Air Mall and Movie Theater are each only 5 minutes drive away. Multiple Destin attractions nearby for families with children.

Condo was perfect for my husband and I great location just a walk across the street to the beach with chair service provided at the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance that were delicious. A great walking path right in front of the condo that goes into Destin. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo building and we would definitely stay again!

The condo is nice and well equipped with essentials. Communication with the owners is very easy, and they are responsive to any concerns. Great location and nice view of the gulf from the balcony. Beach acces is very easy. We were only there a few days, but it was a very nice visit.

I started vacationing on the gulf coast a few years ago with my wife and children and could not believe the perfect white sand and clear blue water; so different from the pebbly beaches and gray/green water of the south coast of England where I grew up. My co-owner and work colleague Bill Pickett grew up enjoying many family trips to Panama City from his native Atlanta and so he was well aware of the charms of the Emerald Coast.

Why they chose this property

We bought this particular condo because it is so well appointed. It has great views of the beach and Gulf from the balcony. In addition it is a west end unit which affords additional views and light through the side window. It is within walking distance of 3 restaurants and has a trail right outside which is perfect for running, cycling or just taking long picturesque walks.
The building is of a commercial concrete frame construction which we felt was important as it is almost on the beach and the gulf coast has been known to experience the odd storm! Allied with this we have installed quality finishes and I believe that the ambience when one stays here is superior to that at some of the surrounding properties. My kids love the fact that the pool is right outside and it is no more than 2 minutes to the beach. In fact the beach is so close that you do not have to load up with the whole day's beach paraphernalia - it is easier to walk back and forth than some high rises I have stayed at that are right on the beach
