L'appartement est très agréable et bien décoré.
Mais impossible de se détendre sur la terrasse, quelle que soit l'heure, et surtout le week end, car les SDF qui se regroupent devant le bâtiment de la Croix Rouge font énormément de bruit.
Autre inconvénient : le problème de parking.
Idéalement situé, proche des rues piétonnes, de la plage, a 10min de la gare, nombreuses commodités a proximité, cet appartement rénové avec goût est parfait pour un séjour détente a st jean de luz.

Cet appartement a été rénové récemment avec de très beaux matériaux et beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé, pas loin de la plage et du centre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
