Cozy Screened Pool Home

This dog friendly pool/canal home is in a quiet neighborhood in Punta Gorda Isles. It is a home with canal water suitable for a power boat, as there are fixed bridges out to Charlotte Harbor and Gulf of Mexico. There is a heated, screened pool for winter swimming. The house an enclosed garage and is close to town - some guests walk there. We have a weekly Saturday Farmer's Market for arts and crafts, fresh fruits and vegetable and many other offerings. Punta Gorda boasts many restaurants to choose from and many are dog friendly. Hounds on Henry, our local dog park, is a half mile from the house and is the perfect spot to take your pooch for exercise. FREE bicycles for daily use, helmets and bike locks are available at Laishley's Marina, about 2 miles from the home. Our community has a beautifully maintained bike path along Charlotte Harborfront and several other bike paths in town. Minutes from grocery stores, Walmart and under 15 minute drive to the Punta Gorda Airport.
