Enjoy a luxurious stay in the heart of Melbourne! This lovely apartment is situated on top of the Sheraton Hotel however it DOES NOT share the same entrance, reception area or facilities of the hotel. The apartment is within the residential complex of the building.
The luxurious space comes well equipped with:
- Light filled open plan living area with a small balcony with a fantastic view of the Melbourne CBD skyline and beyond
- 43` flat screen TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave
- Euro style laundry with washer/dryer

Never provided WiFI

Despite asking each day for the 10 days stay, they never provided the WiFi password, then on the final day said the WiFi modem was broken. Not good for a colleague's work stay for 10 days.

Absolutely Filthy

Until you check in, dont bother emailing the owner to ask questions as it's all silent. The Myagent mumber and Jacob was very helpful instead !Upon arrival you have to guess what key lock is yours. I found a used and an unopened condom wrapper on the floor. Rubbish under the lounge and all amenities listed were not availabile. A receipt from over a month ago was left behind. Owner had mentioned they let go of a recent cleaner after i contacted his mobile directly when checking out.... Would not recommend at all.

Disappointed

We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. The property was in poor condition, with stains on the couch and bedhead. The primary reason we had to leave was the broken shower head, which made the stay unacceptable. This trip was to attend my dad’s funeral, and during such a difficult time, the overall experience only added to the stress and hardship. Despite two weeks passing, there has been no sign of a refund or resolution from the property manager or VRBO. I am still dealing with this situation and would not recommend this property.

Great location but there were some challenges

You cannot get much better than the location and views. The general ambience of this property could be improved - it is getting a little shabby and could do with some spruicing up, eg additional glasses, updating furniture, de-clogging drains. A key bugbear was that the "host" was not up for personal communication. For example, there was no information on connecting to the internet and when requested via the app, there was a stoney silence. The best way to communicate is by using the number provided to the agent (but only in business hours).
