The townhouse is very comfortable and the host has taken care of all the details. You will have everything you need in this quiet spot. Great views and lots of wildlife. Great place to come and relax; away from the bustle of life.

We had a fabulous time. The home was well appointed and clean. The location was spectacular (what do you mean this is where the ponies come ashore on Chincoteague!) with a clear view of the channel to Assateague and the lighthouse. If I had to offer one bit of constructive criticism, it would be to ask for the removal of the sign, next to the glass door to the deck, that indicates renters may not access the dock. You may absolutely utilize the dock and enjoy the serenity of the location.
