Very central location, with 2 tram stops outside. Close to Southern Cross Station.Well appointed kitchen, 2 good sized bathrooms, large dining table, 3 bedrooms. Was perfect for our group of 8. Good things - Located in the heart of the downtown core so a lot of what you want to do and see are within walking distance of on a free tram ride. The beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen and Laundry facilities were very good. Lots of windows and sun. Nice views of downtown. Bad things - Did not get access info until after the check in time after contacting the host. This was not comfortable. There was a code to get into the mailbox, then a code to get the access key inside the mailbox then a code to enter the unit. So many steps and I worry for persons not Tech savvy. There were 9 of us and only 1 access card to share. There are only 2 bathrooms so even though it sleeps 12 beware of that. Many of the wooden Dining chairs were wobbly and we constantly had to snap them back into place. (Reported). The Living room couches were flat. No cushion. Needs to be changed. Had to sit on cushions for comfort. Upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was not secure, falls off and one towel rack was very loose. (Reported)
