Beautiful Bemus Bay condominium with Chautauqua Lake access and views
Enjoy a stay in our luxurious first-floor condo in the heart of Bemus Point, which offers shops, restaurants, boating, golf, and playgrounds just a stone's throw from your doorstep. This three bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped and is a wonderful spot for a vacation. Sleeps six people. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with maple cabinetry and granite countertops, bedrooms with walk-in closets, two porches, and much more. Comes with a private dock space. We are only 10 minutes from the Chautauqua Institution. We are also 30 min. from the Peek n Peak ski area and 45 min. from the Holiday Valley ski area. We only accept weekly renters due to condo restrictions. We look forward to welcoming you!
