Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very substandard and disappointing

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and the location was great. On the down side there were several maintenance issues that distracted from the property (which we have identified to the management company). The management company was very responsive in providing on-site support.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location and layout! We had 3 families and never felt crowded. The location is perfect- a beach access across the street and centered half way on the island between shoals club and marina. Things to improve on: needs more daily silverware, deck is a splinter heaven, lock to back door to deck does not work.
