The chalet Jaume was built in 2011 and is characterized by its modern comforts.
Downstairs is the tasteful, combined living-dining room with flat screen TV with reception of all German television. The living area opens onto a large terrace overlooking your pool. The spacious kitchen offers all the comforts for self catering. You will find a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.

In addition, in the ground floor is a double bedroom with two single beds. From this bedroom you have a view of the pool. A bright modern bathroom with shower-tub completes the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the pool. One of the double bedrooms has a large en-suite.
Enjoy the 6.5 x 3.5 m large, private pool with outdoor shower carefree holiday.


The house is located in a quiet residential street. It is ideal for a family holiday with children. The property is completely fenced.

The house offers all the comforts for a relaxing family holiday. Spend your day relaxing on the private pool or on the white sandy beach, which is just a 2 minute walk. Youth and party groups are not allowed in this house.

Perfect house and perfect location

The house was beautiful. Well built, well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed. Just a few minute walk to main strip with beach, cafes and shops. Michael and Iris are wonderful hosts.

Long Weekend in Palma

We had a lovely stay in the Villa which we used as a base for Palma. There’s three rooms, each with two single beds which was great for our group. Then one larger master with an en-suite and balcony! Which was gorgeous. We enjoyed the outside area and used the pool everyday - it’s not heated but being from Scotland we are used to the cooler water! Walking distance to shops, bars and cafes so it is a handy location. Very much catered towards German tourists. Lots of lovey places to eat and very close to a lovely long beach. Handy for the bus into Palma aswell. Villa seemed to have a well stocked kitchen but we didn’t really use as mostly ate out. The only thing we did really miss was a kettle for cups of tea in the morning. House was clean and towels were provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Top Lage, sehr schöner Pool, gute Raumaufteilung mit AirCo Wir hatten einen perfektes verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Finca. Die Lage ist super zentral und dennoch, von der Geräuschkulisse her, weit genug weg vom Trubel. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, man hat alles in der nahen Umgebung was man zum entspannen braucht. Der Pool am Haus ist perfekt, es gibt Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze und eine wunderbare Hängematte. Von der Ausstattung im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der große Kühlschrank mit integrierter Eiswürfelmaschine perfekt.Die Absprachen mit Herrn Langheim waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach El Arenal kommen, würde wir diese Finca jederzeit wieder wählen.

Grosse, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt war durchaus positiv, gute Lage, grosses Haus, gut ausgestattet (ev. etwas lieblos). Zudem ist die Heizung nicht gelaufen, obwohl wir reklamiert haben und die Sauberkeit, v.a. die Böden war eher grenzwertig.

Ruhige Oase in lebhaftem Stadtviertel

Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, waren jeden Tag im Pool und abends in 2 Minuten am Strand, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Obwohl es nah an der Partymeile ist, konnte man gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Wow - was für eine tolle Finca!

Wir haben das Wochenende auf der Finca sehr genossen, der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Drei tolle Badezimmer, eine Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eiswürfelspender. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und mit einem Grill ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern super und unkompliziert! Nur zu empfehlen.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern des Objekts war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Es hat uns eigentlich an nichts gefehlt bis auf Schneidbretter und Duschvorleger aber das ist ja nur ein Luxusproblem. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Tolle Finca in einer Top Lage und guter Ausstattung.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus entspricht komplett der Internetbeschreibung. Es ist sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Schöner Haus in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage

Schönes Haus in einer Seitenstraße, aber sehr zentral. Wenige Schritte zum Strand und ins Nachtleben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Pool lädt vorallem nach dem aufstehen morgens ein, um wach zu werden. Leider ging zu unserem Zeitpunkt die Klima nicht, was natürlich im Hochsommer zu sehr warmen Temperaturen in den Zimmern führte. Die Abwicklung mit An- und Abreise funktionierte trotz später Uhrzeit problemlos. Für eine größere Gruppe eine super Wahl am Ballermann, sofern man sich zu benehmen weiss. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

From the Faroe Islands, a FANTASTIC Holiday

This house was fantastic, a very good place to stay, near to everything but also privacy and relaxing area. We were all the family here, 8 adults and 3 grand children, enough space and very easy for shopping and make dinner. We will all recommend this accommodation to everyone who want to have a holiday with their family or just 4 couples, you will never regret. Also a thank to the team for making this holiday so fantastic that we are already planning to go again, We will never again spend a holiday on hotels but will in the future only be looking for houses like this and hopefully in cooperation with the Finca-Team, Thank you for all you did for us to make this family holday a success.

Tolles Haus, mit super Austattung, in bester Lage

Wir, eine Männertruppe, haben ein paar tolle Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Wir sind begeistert und völlig von dem Haus überzeugt. Die Bilder sind authentisch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Sauberkeit von Haus, Gartenanlage und Pool ist top. Der Pool wurde in den paar Tage mehrfach gereinigt. Zum Stand und zur Partymeile ist es ein Katzensprung. Kaum zu glauben, trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es nachts angenehm ruhig. Für uns kommt ein Hotel nicht mehr in Frage. Perfekter Urlaub

Wir verbrachten zu sechst eine geniale Zeit in dieser Villa! Alles hatte perfekt geklappt, von der freundlichen und einfachen Über/Abgabe, zur sehr gründlichen Reinigung und der kompletten Einrichtung der Villa bis hin zum perfekten Standort. Perfekte Ferienvilla

Auch wir waren bereits mehrfach im Hotel und hatten nun das erstemal ein Haus mit 7 Frauen gebucht und waren sehr gespannt, was uns erwartet. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmten 100 % überein. Die Lage war perfekt, etwa 8 Fußminuten zur Feiermeile und ca. 3 Minuten zur Strandpromenade in Höhe des Ballermann 8, trotzdem in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage (sehr diskret und höflich) auf Sauberkeit überprüft. Die Betreuung war überaus freundlich und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Betten und Kissen fanden wir völlig in Ordnung und können nichts Negatives vermelden. Wir freuen uns sehr auf das nächste Jahr in 'unserer Traumvilla' und grüßen herzlich das Finca-Team! Eine Woche Ca'n Jaume

Wir waren mit 8 Männern in diesem Haus untergebracht. Es liegt sehr Zentrumsnah zur Partymeile, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Pool war sehr sauber und wurde in der Woche gereinigt und Chlor nachgefüllt. Wir haben vieles im Haus nicht genutzt. In der Küche wurde nur der Kühlschrank gefüllt, der Fernseher lief eine Stunde im Hintergrund. Wir waren bis auf eine Ausnahme mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Matratzen der Betten und die Kissen aus Schaumstoffbällchen waren nicht gerade komfortabel, was die Nachtruhe doch erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Nach Meinung aller, werden wir aber im nächsten Jahr wieder ein Hotel nehmen. Für Familien und mehreren Pärchen ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Wie für uns gemacht!

Nachdem wir in den vergangenen Jahren in den umliegenden Hotels gewohnt haben und dabei auch einige Enttäuschungen erleben mussten, habe ich als Organisator der Reise darauf gedrungen, dass für unsere Reise im Sommer 2013 ein Haus gebucht wird. Die Skepsis unserer hotelverwöhnten Teilnehmer und anderer Bedenkenträger verflog bereits nach dem betreten der Anlage. Dieses Haus ist in einem Topzustand - eine solche Aussage ist mir selten zu entlocken, irgendetwas habe ich immer auszusetzen. Der positive Gesamteindruck wird durch die Betreuung von S.O.L Fincateam abgerundet, hier sind Profis am Werk! Selbst die Restaurantempfehlung kann als Volltreffer betrachtet werden. Wir werden unsere Androhung vermutlich in die Tat umsetzen und für das nächste Jahr gleich wieder buchen!

Luxus Villa an der Partmeile

Absolute Luxus Villa direkt an der Partmeile.Obwohl man in 5 Gehminuten im Herzen des Parttreibens ist hat man am eigenen Pool absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit.Die Villa ist wie neu und Top ausgestattet.Deutsches Fernsehen gibt es auch fuer Regentage.Ganz vielen Dank an das SOL Finca Team die sich um alles toll gekümmert haben.Wir kommen in 2014 wieder!!
