OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

-Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
