The tropical mementos can be found throughout the house. You'll have access to palm-lined resort-style pools making it the ideal vacation home!

First Floor - features large Living room w/ 55” smart screen TV, dining area with access to the back yard and lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, 1/2 bath, patio, Suite w/ king bed, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, 2 nightstands & full bathroom.

Second Floor - features a 2nd Suite w/ king bed, 32” smart screen TV, dedicated workspace,2 dressers, 2 nightstands, walk in closet, full bathroom with a large soak tub and a private balcony perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or unwind for the day. 3rd bedroom queen bed, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, 2 nightstands, 4th bedroom 2 twin beds, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, nightstand. Full hallway bathroom, linen closet & washer/dryer.

Complimentary starter toiletries consist of paper towels ,2 rolls of toilet paper,hand soap in each bathroom, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and garbage bags.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Upon arrival please stop by the front desk. Regal Palms Resort charges a mandatory $20 + tax ($22.40) per night resort fee upon check-in which would include the use of all the amenities for the entire household staying at the home. (NOT PER PERSON). This fee is payable directly to the resort at check-in. Once you pay the resort fee you will receive a parking permit, access bands, pool cards for towels (if needed). Photo ID may be required to enter the community.

Each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold that is to be placed on a credit card at the time of check in. This is to secure the return of the wristbands and the pool towel cards. At the time of check out the $100 hold will have returned to the credit card on file once all items have been returned to the front desk. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit.

Park tickets and Major Orlando attractions are available for purchase at the main desk area.

Additional Notes:

• This rental unit utilizes a YALE lock, a digital lock that requires a unique 4 digit code to enter. This code will be given 2 days prior to arrival and resets after each guest's stay.
• There is free parking available for up to 3 vehicles in the front driveway. The third vehicle can be parked in front of the 2 parked vehicles at the end of the driveway in front of the house but can't touch the asphalt. If you have more than three vehicles, please use the resort's overflow parking. (additional spots available for $10/night (see the front desk for more info)
• Please refrain from parking on the grass or the street, as doing so may result in towing at your expense.
• All garbage must be bagged and put in a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag before it is placed in the outside blue trash bin or additional fees will be imposed by the community.
• We do provide complimentary items/toiletries to start your trip; should you need to consume more, there are local supermarkets and stores nearby.
• Be advised if you cause any damage to the home, you may be charged for repairs

Day of Departure: Please throw trash away , turn things off, lock up and return wristbands/pool cards to the front desk (to avoid a charge).


This dreamy Davenport stay is located minutes away from all of Central Florida's popular attractions like the world known Walt Disney Parks, Universal and Hollywood Studios, Seaworld, FunSpot, Legoland , America Gardens Theatre, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, Island H2O Water Park. Margaritaville Resort shops and the famous Outlet Malls.

Close to the Regal Palms Resort on Rte 27 and Rte 192 you will find plenty of shopping centers,restaurants and stores to explore!

Beachlovers:

Cocoa Beach is a 90min ride which is our favorite with a small town vibe with various stores and restaurants.

Tampa beaches are approximate 70min away.
Times may vary but there’s plenty of Beaches to visit in Florida!
