Welcome to our Florida Retreat! This beautiful 1856 sq ft townhome is situated in the amazing, full service, gated community of Regal Palms Resort. Come create magical memories in our delightful home! We are situated just a short 3 minutes from all the clubhouse amenities and pool. Also a short 20 minutes away is the entrance to the Disney Parks, and in the plaza a block away is the Publix Grocery store and other shopping and restaurants.

We have currently updated and renovated many of the rooms, new carpet and paint throughout, and new appliances. There are 2 parking spots right outside. Our home has a full size washer and dryer with all laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. In home WiFi and long distance calling throughout the US and Canada.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, and stocked kitchen, just like home! Updated with new appliances Nov 2019. Includes all pots/pans, dishes, glassware, children's plastic cups and plates, utensils, knives, kettle, toaster, hand blender, mixer, crock pot, waffle iron, and Keurig Coffee machine with complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. Extra amenities provided include all dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags. A half bath is situated just off the kitchen.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Relax and unwind in the comfortable atmosphere of the combined living/dining room. The dining table seats 6 and there is a small table and 2 more chairs in the kitchen. The living room opens up to a patio where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a comfortable sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: The exquisite, spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A large walk in closet, 2 dressers, large flat screen TV with cable. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has shower w/Garden tub. The adjoining balcony has patio furniture for a relaxing warm Florida evening!

DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: This second master suite is located on ground level and is perfect for elderly or disabled guests. This lovely room also makes it so easy and comfortable for two families to share our home! With a beautiful ensuite full bathroom, there is a Queen Bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A dresser and a large flat screen TV with cable.

HARRY POTTER ROOM: Books and decor make you feel whisked away into the world of Harry Potter! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. A walk in closet, and dresser.

DISNEY ROOM: Be immersed in the magic of Disney! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. Books, Toys, closet and dresser.

Another full bathroom upstairs between the Harry Potter room and Disney Room.

Very family friendly! We supply a pack n'play, high chair, stroller, and a selection of games, books, and toys.

THE REGAL PALMS RESORT: This resort is a fantastic, beautiful, gated community. The resort offers 2 large pools that have a year round temperature of 78 degrees. With a zero entry pool for the younger guests and lazy river and water slide for older guests. The jacuzzi/hot tub is always heated at 104 degrees. The water park stays open until 11 pm making it easy to relax after a day at the parks.
Beach Volleyball Court, Tiki Bar, Billiard Tables, Frankie Farrell's Pub and Grille restaurant has Clubhouse and Poolside Dining, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Center with Sauna & steam room and showers, and 24 hour Front Desk services. Tennis courts and basketball courts and children's play areas are close by.
Banana Jacks is a kids' fun zone featuring an arcade room, an indoor playground, prizes, food and entertainment for the whole family.
