Expected more for the price point

We’ve stayed at many homes and the for the price point we were disappointed. The home was nicely furnished but the area was not appealing. The pool was nice but there was so many bugs it was hard to enjoy and the trailer park the backs up to the property can see into the backyard easily. If the price point was lower I would be more understanding but for this price point I expected a nicer area and home. The home needs some work, ac is so loud, game room/ 2nd bathroom isn’t insulated well and once the house gets hot its very hard to cool off.
