Fantastic stay! Clean, spacious, and in a perfect location—just 17 minutes from my daughter’s college, with Publix up the street and the beach only 4 minutes away. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home!

I booked this place on short notice when part of our group decided to stay a few extra days in the Melbourne area and we couldn't extend the house we'd already booked. Great find! It was a very short drive to the beach and close to a LOT of shops and restaurants. I was even able to run from the house to the beach in the mornings which was really nice. The small community pool was great for the kids and the house is a short walk from Cazadores--a very popular Mexican restaurant and sports bar which I would highly recommend as well. I would definitely stay here again.
