Located in Long Beach IN in a quite residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am

-You will receive address and lockbox code 2 days prior to check in and after all pre-arrival forms are completed.

- This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full baths on the main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, along with the living room.
- Basement has a family room with a pull out couch, full bathroom and laundry room.

-Uber and Lyft are limited in this area
-South Shore train runs from Michigan City to Chicago daily

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.

This home was a good size for our family of five, with a clean, modern interior. As the very first renters, we encountered a range of issues—some minor, some more serious—but the property manager was responsive and worked with the owner to address them as fast as possible.It’s clear the house is set up strictly as a rental, not a vacation home that's regularly used and maintained. Some furniture shows noticeable wear. For a 30-day stay, a second or larger dresser in the primary bedroom would be helpful (there’s currently just one small three-drawer unit). The kitchen is stocked with the basics but could use upgrades for longer-term guests.The walk to the beach is short but steep. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. However, the outdoor area was a letdown—it felt neglected and under-maintained.Overall, we felt the home was fairly priced for its current condition, but with some simple improvements, it could be much better.
