The house is secured to the rear and laterally by high wall. Located on a very quiet street (no through traffic). Under the house is a closed garage with remote control.

Lovely Property and Great Location

Lovely villa in a quiet location

We had a lovely stay. It is a peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable villa. The outdoor area is really nice and very private – we loved the mature plants and the swimming pool. We’d recommend hiring a car, and the villa has its own garage. We would love to return.

Very nice house view a stunning view in a quiet regio

The house is very nice and clean, luxuriously decorated, with everything that is needed available (towels, linens, spices, oils, ...). Close to several pretty beaches and a store. Communication with the host was easy, with swift responses. We and our kids enjoyed the pool and the very nice outside dining area. We miss it already!

Individueller, toller Urlaub

Es war von Beginn an reibungslos, dem Empfang von der betreuenden Dame sehr herzlich, uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Das Haus entspricht von Stil, Größe und Interieur eher einer Villa, die Zimmer sind großzügig in Größe und Einrichtung gestaltet. Nett ist auch das Vorhandensein allerei Utensilien in Küche und den Bädern. Das Flair der Terrasse ist nahezu einzugartig. Tolle Pflanzen, unser Liebling der uralte Olivenbaum, aber auch Kakteen und Palmen zählen dazu. Die Garage unterhalb des Gebäudes ist super praktisch, so ist der Parkplatz immer gesichert, ein Auto würden wir übrigens empfehlen, da Tauro etwas außerhalb vom Trubel liegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Tolle Zeit in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie und das Haus ist wirklich sehr, sehr schön und auch die Gegend zwischen Mogan und Maspalomas lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Die Villa ist der perfekte Ort um total entspannte Tage zu genießen. Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, die Ausstattung ist ganz super, es gibt gar nichts was man vermissen würde. Der Pool wurde uns gegen einen Kostenbeitrag auf 28 Grad aufgeheizt. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurden sie sofort behoben. Die Raumaufteilung ist super, es ist auch für Familien viel Platz. Wir sprechen eine absolute Empfehlung aus.

Grosszügiges Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir haben das Haus mit der grosszügigen Terrasse und dem Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Es hatte alles wie beschrieben, die Küche war auch mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Es war sehr ruhig, man hatte eine komplette Privatsphäre. Auto sicher von Vorteil. Bei Problemen war sofort jemand zur Stelle und hat sich umgehend um das Problem gekümmert. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank auch an dieser Stelle an Herr & Frau Bühler für alles.

Erholungsoase

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Villa Rocca in vollen Zügen geniessen können von Anfang bis Ende. Dies liegt sicherlich an diesen einmaligen Objekt, welches perfekt unterhalten ist und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, obwohl dies nachts um 2:30 Uhr gewesen ist, als uns Irma, die Haushälterin, in Empfang genommen hat und die Villa gezeigt hat, die perfekt sauber war. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, sei es ein grosser Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, eine Nespresso Maschine, eine Küche mit allen Kochutensilien die es braucht inklusive auch endlich mal scharfen Messern! Der Milchschäume hat den Kaffeegenuss am Morgen vollendet. So konnten wir die kühlen Morgenstunden auf der grosszügigen, sehr gepflegten Terrasse geniessen, wenn es uns dann irgendwann zu warm geworden ist in den Pool springen und uns abkühlen. Ein perfekter Abend wurde abgeschlossen durch einen vorhandenen Grill. Die Klimaanlage hat wie auch alles andere perfekt funktioniert und die Schlafzimmer auf angenehme Temperaturen heruntergekühlt. Spannend waren alle Details, die sehr liebevoll und passend zueinander ausgewählt worden sind und wir immer wieder neue Details entdeckt haben. Eine sehr spannende, individuelle, luxuriöse Villa in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden! Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Golfplatz zwischen in der Nähe von Puerto Rico. Dank der Garage hat man immer einen Parkplatz in der sonst recht engen Gasse. Wenn man die Treppe hoch steigt ist man wirklich sofort von der tollen großen Terrasse, dem Ausblick und dem Pool begeistert. Das Haus selbst ist groß, sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Möbel sind geschmackvoll und alles ist wirklich hochwertig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wie immer in Inseln wie Gran Canaria, hat man schonmal kleine Geckos im Zimmer und leider auch vereinzelte Kakerlaken. Ich habe einfach ein paar Köder im Supermarkt gekauft und dann war alles gut. Kurz zur Umgebung. Fussläufig gibt es einen kleinen Spar, der aber das nötigste hat. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten an der Mogan Mall wo es einen SuperDino gibt oder man fährt etwas weiter zum Mercadona. Strände gibt es in der Gegend einige, wir waren häufig am Playa de Amadores. Hier ist das Wasser klar, es gibt viele Fische zu sehen und für die Kinder einen Wasserpark der echt super Spaß gemacht hat. Wir sind auch einige male an die Dünen von Maspalomas gefahren, was mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten waren. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter für das schöne Haus und den tollen Urlaub.

Tolle Villa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Roca sehr genossen. Die vielen liebevollen Details sind sehr besonders und wir fühlten uns dadurch noch viel wohler. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage ist wunderschön. Aufwachen und schlafen gehen mit dem Blick zum Meer ist wundervoll. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit am Meer oder in den Bergen - einfach fein. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen und falls uns unsere Reise wieder einmal nach Gran Canaria führt dann sicher in diese wundervolle Villa! DANKE

Beautiful Villa

We had an amazing week at the Villa, the villa is within walking distance of a Spar and a lovely restaurant. The directions to the villa was clear and we arrived without any problems, on arrival we was greeted by the house keeper who showed us the property and explained anything we needed to know. The villa was beautiful inside and out, with everything we needed on site. The pool area and views where perfect for summer days by the pool and my two children loved it. As a family we would 100% visit again, My only recommendation is that the wording on the villa description on vrbo is edited and corrected Under 'House Rules' View More the below text was not in English therefore i wasn't aware that there was an additional charge of 150 euros payable on departure for cleaning. Because it is written in another language it wasn't clear (needs to be in English) Also note: Leider können wir Familien mit Kinder, die nicht schwimmen können, nicht berücksichtigen Vor Ort zu zahlen: Reinigungsgebühr 150€ I wasn't aware of this until the booking details come through and had not originally budgeted for this extra charge.
