Overall the house was in a good area with fantastic views! While we had a great time with our entire family and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us, the property is run down and not well cared for. There are ants in the kitchen and dining areas because it’s a bit dirty. The house is dated and many areas are run down. The grill, indoor pool and outdoor furniture are not really useable. A little TLC and this would be a great house!

Great stay, perfect location

This house was perfect for my family and friends. You are just a few steps from the beach and the views from the decks were fabulous. The hottub, indoor pool and crow's nest were added bonuses. I would highly recommend this property

A great place for our friends and family to stay. Our guest ranged in age from 5 to 77 and everyone enjoyed our location. Floor plan gives space for everyone to spread out for reading, conversation or games. The stairs can be a bit much but kept us up with our step count! The kitchen is large enough for several cooks at the same time and grocery store within two miles. We enjoyed preparing our meals while being able to see the ocean.Ocean views are unobstructed from ALL levels.Highly recommend.

There were several issues obvious upon arrival.Loose boards and popped nails around the hot tub a broken dresser drawer,over head lights in areas that were dark within the house a bedroom door that could not be closed, the hot tub had no functional jets and the front panel was missing, using the steps in an attempt to to cover the issue,the most disturbing issue was discolored water on the kitchen floor coming from the main refrigerator in the kitchen. This refrigerator had tape also wet all around the front were a grate was missing. An entire roll of paper towels was used to clean up the water which continued to drain for 3 days only to be temporarily fixed by maintenance and resume leaking water. These issues obviously took away from the overall functionality of the house. Would I rent this again? Not in its current state.

I am beachsick. I miss this location so much.

I just looked at a picture from two weeks ago and I ached from missing this property.The kitchen was spacious and wonderful for all meals prepared.The gathering spaces are lovely.The pool was fabulous. It just was such a nice way to play at the end of the and then a dip in the hot tub topped everything off.The rooftop deck was and provided two shooting stars and every sunrise and sunset.The absolute most fabulous surprise was the day a baby dolphin jumped out of the water in the middle of a pod.I can’t promise that will happen for anybody else, but this is the best possible place to see it if it’s going to.
