The house was pretty nice. There were a few things that should’ve been cleaned better. It was an older house. The pool is very nice in the outside deck and patio area was nice to enjoy outside.

There was an issue with cleaning upon check in but after a call to the host, there was someone there the very next morning to fix it. The pool was gorgeous and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Everything that we needed was available in the house.

Easy keyless entry, great communication and probably the most well-equipped vrbo we’ve stayed at. Pool was great, beds comfy, clean and comfortable stay. Great location to Venice Beach and only 40 minutes to Siesta Key.

House needs a little TLC, but was well stocked with most anything you might need. Pool was great, but probably didn't need to be heated for the time of year we stayed. Location was convenient for access to Sarasota, Venice, Punta Gordo, & Ft. Myers. Contact & caretakers were very helpful. It was an excellent stay.

We had a couple issues but the response was rapid. Our code for front door did not work and I tried to reach host through Vrbo. Fortunately garage was open and we were able to get in house. Phone number of property manager was on the refrigerator and she was able to fix the code issue. Kitchen had lots of pans and utensils so easy to cook. Our dog loved the fenced yard and the layout was great for 3 couples. I’d rent it again.

nice house for a few days

This house has everything you could ever need in a kitchen. The pool was nice, but we paid extra for the heat and it was too hot. The bedrooms were fine and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the washer and dryer too.

Great little getaway!

We were in town for a weekend vacation and a family wedding! The house was perfect for the trip, plenty of seating, the pool was great, and the fenced in yard with viewing dock behind the house was a nice bonus. We did have a toddler with us, and the easily unlockable doors to the pool were a little concerning. Our only other issue was that our email for check in gave the wrong access code to the house. So at 11:45 on our first night when we arrived, we had to call for assistance. Mistakes happen, and other than that there were no issues! Would stay here again!

this was not a pleasant one and we would never rent this home again. Pool isn’t full, dirty - drains aren’t even working properly - pool guy had to come to fill the pool and maintain it - had to fill water on Thursday as well Light switches don’t work, have to pull strings on light Many drawers full of items, had to move things to use itemsNot pleasant smell when entering home - stale, closed up No extra paper towels or toilet paper Main bathroom shower does not work or drain - tub backs up, we tried to clean the drain - master bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly and leaks everywhere Glass table top isn’t secured in kitchen, dangerous for children Dirty dishes, had to wash prior to use

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. The homeowner wanted to provide the following clarifications:- Upon learning the pool needed attention, the technician was sent immediately. Regular cleanings are scheduled weekly, and with your mid-week check-in, it was near the next scheduled service.- The overhead fans and lights can be operated both by the wall switch and by pull cords, which can occasionally cause confusion if the cords are turned off. We will provide clearer instructions for future guests.- We provide a starter set of essentials, including one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as noted in our listing. Additional items can be purchased by guests based on their length of stay and needs.- No issues were reported during your stay. Concerns were brought to attention by the following guest and addressed the same day. The primary bathroom shower door will also be checked for proper adjustment.- A standard glass-top dining table rests securely on its base but is not mechanically fixed, which is typical for this style. Items in the drawers were not previously noticed and will be reviewed and organized more thoroughly.Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to improve the experience for future guests. The goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it is truly regrettable that this was not the case during your visit.

Could of been better

There was slivers of glass and food on the the rugs on back porch clothes and condoms in drawers the linen closet door wouldn't close the pool had a bunch of sand in the bottom there was a bunch loud noises coming from a locked room that connects to the back bedroom which we had to contact host they sent someone out the next while we wasn't there all the sounds went away all the drains backed could use toilets or showers they sent a Plummer out right away all and all the house could of been cleaner. The house is in a great area the people next door we're super nice fishing dock was great got to see the gators which was cool we would stay there again now we know what to expect 😀

There was slivers of glass on the back porch which we cleaned up banging noises coming from a locked room which had access to the bedroom the plumbing backed up Plummer had to come at 8:00 pm the pool had a bunch of sand in the bottom there was close in the drawers condoms laying on the the dresser which the kids found it could of been cleaned up a little better other than that it was a nice place the fishing dock was really nice the house was close to everything we would stay there again the host responded fast.
