This property boasts 2 generous bedrooms, central bathroom, and study.
The backyard is a peaceful, playful space full of discovery and wonder! All this and only a 150m walk to 'Cindy's beach' a quiet and secluded beach that stretches as far as the eye can see.
Backyard opens onto Clifton Springs public golf course and is a magical space with a jungle gym for the young at heart (and flying fox!), fairy garden, crochet swing surrounded by fairy lights, fire pit and more. The backyard is a place that instantly relaxes you and sparks imagination and playful wonder. Play a large game of pick up sticks or connect four, try your hand at the drums or piano - or just sit and take it all in.
Pets welcome - but we ask they stay outdoors, kennels provided.
Please note there is only internet tv available. you can view via apps and catch up tv. There is no Ariel.
