Large 3 bedroom and full 3 bath corner condo in Emerald Grande. Corner units have more space to entertain guests in the common areas than regular units. One very large balcony and another one for the private guest room. All rooms have their own full bathrooms and so many amenities within the Emerald Grande resort. Located right in the middle of everything, so there is really no need to drive during your whole stay.

Unclean and Chills

If you enjoy cold showers, no hot water for cleaning dishes or laundry, and lack of cleanliness, this is the place for you. We notified the place immediately of issues and had to call again the next morning. Guest Services manager, Keri, was condescending and not very cooperative. Soap on shower wall in one bath, hair all over in another, 2 chairs covered in sand, mask left in washer, and no warm water. Cold showers every day. Gave up notifying property manager and Guest Services manager. Neither were willing to compensate for the situation. Maintenance crew confirmed it is an ongoing issue with water temp due to lack of boilers. Very nice maintenance team. Location was great thus the 3 star review.
