This beautifully maintained Dog Friendly Ocean Block duplex is just the 5th property from the beach and designed with large families in mind! The many amenities include an open living and dining area on the 3rd floor along with a spacious kitchen, sun porch for additional dining, powder room and an en suite bedroom and bath. The 2nd level features 4 bedrooms, including 1 that is en suite, 2 full hall bathrooms, a powder room, cozy sleeping den and a relaxing sun porch. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers & 2 bbq grills, a refreshing outdoor shower, multiple decks and plenty of off street parking!
