Welcome to our brand new double-story townhouse, where there is room for all the family to relax and feel at home.
There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 powder room, 2 Living areas with TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies upstairs plus 2 dining areas - one inside and one outside on the back terrace.
The bedding configuration can be customised to your needs. Just let us know when you book what you will require.

15 mins to Geelong CBD
25 mins to Avalon Airport
1 hour 10 mins to Melbourne via the Princes Freeway
Public Transport:
Waurn Ponds Train Station is about 10 minutes away and offers regular V/Line services to Geelong and Melbourne. Local buses also run through nearby Armstrong Creek and can connect you to key shopping and transit hubs.
Whether you're heading for a beach day, a city trip, or simply exploring the region, getting around from Mount Duneed is easy and convenient.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy. So please - no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.
* NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony, or in any outside areas.
* PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
* Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.
