Marbella del Caribe is a twin-tower hi-rise condominium located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section on beautiful Isla Verde Beach, the most spectacular beach in San Juan. Silky sand and gentle ocean waves on a one mile stretch of pristine beach front welcome you from every angle.

The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues. The apartments are immaculately clean and fully furnished and equipped. In addition, each has its own private parking space on the premises.

Marbella also has a beauty parlor and a mini market. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in walking distance (2 blocks) is the elegant El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as several other hotels/casinos. There is a vast array of restaurants from casual to formal within a few short blocks.

There are several supermarkets, numerous souvenir shops, Charlie Car Rental and a Walgreen's right across the street that is open 24 hours and has just about everything one could need from food, to beauty supplies, to beach gear. About Nora

Entrepreneur who owns 6 condos in Marbella del Caribe. Have been renting since 1988. Known for best apartments. I own 6 apartments in condominium Marbella del Caribe. I take excellent care of them, along with my caretaker, Esperanza. I travel to Puerto Rico every month from New York and stay in a different condo each time so that I can make sure they are all in excellent condition and are fully equipped and everything is in good condition. I have a reputation in and around Marbella as having the best apartments. I take great pride in these apartments and always want to make sure they are as advertised (in fact most people say that they exceed expectations.

Why Nora chose San Juan Area

Already owned 5 units but was turning away many potential renters due to lack of availability. I knew it was time to purchase another condo. I've been going to Puerto Rico since 1968. I've stayed in many condos and hotels along the Isla Verde and Condado Tourist areas. I find Condominium Marbella del Caribe to be the best, by far. In fact, I've owned an apartment in another condo/hotel, but sold it so I could have all of my units in Condominium Marbella because they are the best kept and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

What makes this condo unique

1. A quick flight from mainland U.S.

2. Part of the U.S. so no worries about foreign government, currency, etc. and no passport needed from the U.S.

3. Beautiful weather every day of the year. Average temp is 87 in the summer and 82 in the winter.

4. Clean and comfortable apartments that are well kept and updated often.

5. Isla Verde Beach is the most beautiful beach in San Juan and it is right out the back door. In addition, this location offers something for everyone...whether it be a quite vacation, or one with exciting night life, or one that offers wonderful tourists attractions, this condo is for you.

The condo is in a great location.

The apartment was clean and pretty.

The A/C broke down twice during the 5 nights we were there.

It is very difficult to sleep in the Puerto Rico Summer heat. We found this out the hard way.

Ms. Bertucci was very prompt to get it repair but, this put a sour time to our vacations.

It was everything I expected.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. It was in close proximity to a lot of restaurants. we were able to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The view was spectacular.

Nice condo and location!

This condo is cute and clean and has a great balcony right on the beach. It's in a great location to visit different areas if you have a car. The neighborhood is not fancy but had several nice little places to eat and shop. The beach was quiet during the week and really came alive with activity in the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few things to be aware of. The security around the parking garage and building take a little getting used to. There are multiple locked gates and doors to get in and out of the property and fencing with barbed wire around the grounds. My kids jokingly called it the prison yard. It was a little frustrating at first but we got used to it and the view and beach were still amazing. The parking garage is like a maze and was hard to navigate at first. A diagram of the entrance and parking spot would have been helpful.

Also be aware that there are virtually no basic supplies in the condo. There are lots of nice towels, but you will need to bring soap, shampoo, blow dryers, and even toilet paper (one roll is provided). There are no basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper or coffee filters. And there was only one trash bag provided. We needed to go buy a few things at the Walgreens across the street.

This is still a great place to stay for a good price but it would have been nice to be aware of some of these details ahead of time.

Great reasonable place to vacation.

The pictures of the property were exactly what my family and I walked into. Very clean and very convenient location to vacation. Washer and dryer within apartment very beneficial. Secure building, security always prevalent, Parking garage extremely convenient.

Clean, safe, great location

Older building, but located right on the beach. And the beach is wonderful! Good security even though the neighborhood didn't seem to warrant it. Apartment faces the beach with great views and a wonderful balcony. Quiet, faces away from the street. All you hear is the ocean. Even the jet ski noise is drowned out by the surf. Within walking distance of good restaurants (including some U.S. franchises). We chose to eat "local" for five of the six nights we were there. Gotta say though that mofongo (local "delicacy" made with mashed green plantains) is an "acquired taste". Old town San Juan was beautiful with nice restaurants, shops and art galleries...we ended up buying a painting done by a local artist at one of the galleries. We had it unmounted, rolled and sent home vis USPS and we got it within a week. The advice to take a taxi downtown was spot on...narrow streets and no parking. We rented a car for several days and the underground parking at the apartment worked great. Our hand held GPS from the states worked and we were able to navigate to a manatee rescue organization 25 miles inland. Drivers seemed very courteous. Also, saves a $20+ taxi ride back to the airport using the rental car shuttle just across the street. Grocery shopping is available within 10 minutes walking distance either left or right when you come out of the building. We tried both and by far the better selection was at Super Max to the right. Directly across the street from a Walgreens drug store that also sold wine, liquor and some food and snacks. Very convient. A little bakery is also right across the street. The apartment was well furnished, but would have like to have seen some "necessities" like coffee filters provided. All in all a very good experience.

Located in the heart of the Isla Verde tourist area, we are in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the fabulous El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as the Intercontinental Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Embassy Suites. Water sports, including jet skis, banana boats and parasailing, are available right on our beach in front of the EJS Towers. The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues. We are about 5 minutes from San Juan's International Airport: Luis Munos Marin Airport and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan.
