Each bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, shower gel, and essentials.

The Neighborhood:

The condo sits in a peaceful area near the ocean, just a short drive to Grace Bay Beach with its soft white sand and turquoise water. Guests can explore nearby restaurants, boutique shops, and activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and boat tours.



Getting Around:

Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is about 6 miles away, with drive times varying by traffic. Free parking is available on-site. Taxis and rental cars are common, while some shops and dining spots are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach/pool & bath towels are provided free during your stay.



There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.



Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc., prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you’ll need to purchase what you need.



We provide some home/bath essentials upon arrival to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are surveillance cameras on the property’s exterior for guest safety and security only.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Someone will meet you upon arrival but please provide your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message!
