Located in a quiet neighborhood in charming Carmel-by-the-Sea, this updated house is the perfect home base for attending events like Monterey Car Week and the Carmel Bach Festival as well as touring all around Carmel, the Monterey Peninsula and the entire central Coast.

This 760 sf home is situated within walking Distance to downtown Carmel and miles of sandy beaches. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting state parks, Point Lobos State Reserve and beach side trails in the area, not to mention visiting Monterey Bay Aquarium.

A 45-minute drive takes you to the natural wonders of Big Sur or within 15 minutes you can be in the sunny wine country of Carmel Valley. Golf courses, boutique shops and world-class dining await. All of this and more is within 2.5 hours south of San Francisco, less than 2 hours south of San Jose, or fly directly into Monterey Regional Airport for a particularly easy travel experience.

Living Space
The home is all one level inside. Beautiful wood floors greet you when you step inside this warm space. Comfortable seating is the perfect place for lounging and relaxing after a day on the links or exploring nearby beaches. The WiFi-enabled Smart TV is set up for streaming apps - guests should bring their logins for their own subscription services.

Kitchen and Dining
The updated kitchen has gleaming stainless steel appliances as well as old-world charm with the tiled floors and countertops. The kitchen is well-equipped to make meals at home, and when you want to dine out, the nearby options are many.

The rear deck is elevated above the back yard by 5 or 6 steps; the back yard is fully fenced.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Each bedroom has a set of French doors that exit to the rear deck and back yard space.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and WiFi-Enabled TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and WiFi-Enabled TV.
The shared hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination with some charming vintage elements.

A washer and dryer set is located inside the home, near the kitchen.

Off street parking for two vehicles is available in the sloping driveway. The 1-car garage is available to guests for storage, but is not suitable for parking a vehicle due to the grade of the driveway.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
