Brisas Del Mar is a comfortable and charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located in Las Casitas Village, a peaceful and scenic community in Fajardo. The villa sits on a cliff, offering beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding coastline. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico’s natural beauty. It offers a private balcony where you can sit back and take in the view. Las Casitas Village features Mediterranean-style buildings, quiet streets, and a lovely pool with ocean views.
Brisas Del Mar is in a great location for exploring the area. You’re just a short drive from some of Puerto Rico’s best adventures, like the bioluminescent bay, beautiful beaches, island ferries, and the El Yunque Rainforest. Whether you're looking for a relaxing stay or a base for exploring the east coast of the island, this villa is a great choice.

LIVING AREAS
Enter Brisas Del Mar and you are greeted with a beautiful apartment with lots of natural light. Tastefully decorated with neutral serene tones throughout the living area. There is a sofa, beautiful coffee table, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a dining table which comfortably sits 4 adults. The double doors lead to the Casita's private furnished balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and tropical breeze. The entire suite has central AC as well as great cross ventilation—so you can decide between ocean breeze on cool days and comfortable AC on the hotter days.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite large bathroom with fresh towels and essentials. Features a flat-screen TV, comfortable workstation & drawer, and personal nightstands. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and has access to its own full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for additional guests.
KITCHEN
The suite has a beautiful kitchen alongside the dining area. Features a fridge, oven, stovetop, full-size microwave, coffee maker, and equipped for a perfect short or extended stay.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property includes one (1) unassigned parking spot - first-come, first-served.
We strongly recommend having your own vehicle you will need it to move around to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches. Uber and Taxis are hard to find in Fajardo!
LOCATION
Brisas Del Mar is located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It features breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains. You will be a drive away from beautiful beaches, national parks, natural reserves, and lots of local restaurants. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
Enjoy, soak, and unwind in the complex swimming pool.
Chill at the beach! Seven Seas, Playa Azul, and Luquillo Beach are our favorite beaches on the northeastern coast and are a must-do if you are staying at Brisas Del Mar. The villa has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach.
Go taste the fantastic Spanish Restaurant at Las Casitas Village, Vinos & Tapas!
Lunch or dinner at "Los Kioskos de Luquillo". There are over 25 restaurants in the Caribbean beachfront restaurant strip. One of our favorites is “La Parrilla”.
Explore the "El Yunque" Rainforest and National Park at Río Grande, Puerto Rico. El Yunque is an easy 30 minutes drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
Experience the glowing waters at the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo during an evening kayak tour.
Go on a horseback ride or ATV/UTV ride off the beaten path in Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park at Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
Spend a day in Old San Juan. Las Casitas is only a 1-hour drive away from the capital/historic city. There's a lot of history to see and great food and drinks to enjoy.

At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
