You must stay here! I thought the ad was too good to be true because there were no reviews when I booked it as new listing. The unit is exactly as pictured. This is a 2020 gated neighborhood. The townhouse has tons of space (over 1300 sq ft) and feels like home with tile flooring and 10ft ceilings. The screened porch is huge with a 2nd floor golf course view and morning sun until noon. Quiet location. Everything is within 10 min drive to Rt 27. The price was reasonable Host offers a lower rate for a longer stay…. 12 nights was so cheap…, and the host was very responsive. The beds are memory foam, so comfy, and the sheets and comforters are light and fresh. We brought a blanket to sit on the couch with. We thought floors hadn’t been swept, but that took me 5 minutes. The hard floors are beautiful! Bedroom carpet is clean but a bit worn in traffic areas. Location takes 45-60 minutes to drive 19 miles to Universal Studios due to I-4 traffic. But it’s so worth it!! This unit sleeps up to 10 people. We love the leather sofa and television is huge. TVs in all bedrooms too. Previous guest turned the temperature down on the refrigerator and the freezer, so it took six days for it to recover. The pots and pans are cheap, but functional. We brought a mini air fryer, lots of baggies and chip clips for convenience. No keurig here, but the coffee pot works well. There are only a few bath towels, one kitchen towel and one dishcloth. Owner very responsive and understanding. Five stars!!!
