Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with a king bed, along with a sofa that converts into a queen size pullout bed with a memory foam mattress. Fresh linens and a simple, welcoming layout create a restful space to unwind after time by the water.

Outdoor living
The terrace opens directly toward the coastline, giving you a place to settle into the salt air and watch the water shift throughout the day. Sliding the glass doors allows the ocean breeze to move through the living area, and direct beach access lets you move easily between the sand and the condo whenever you choose.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is available for preparing meals at home, with an open layout that keeps the space bright and connected. A dining table sits nearby for casual breakfasts or relaxed dinners after exploring the shoreline.

Living spaces
The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in an airy interior with natural light. You can unwind on comfortable seating, stream shows with WiFi, or enjoy the 75" TV and Fubo TV. Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your stay.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes bathroom essentials, hot water, and a hair dryer to support an easy daily routine.

Convenience & comfort
A washer and dryer add practicality for longer stays or days spent on the beach. The condo includes a private entrance, free parking on premises for one vehicle, and keypad self check-in for smooth arrivals. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Situated along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo places you close to coastal dining, boutique shopping, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are within a short drive, offering additional options for exploring the area.

Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
