This three-bedroom villa will have everything you could want for your upcoming getaway! With three spacious bedrooms, featuring a King in the master, Queen in one guest bedroom, and twins in the third additional bedroom, everyone will have a spot to recharge after a long day at the beach! Whether sitting out on your private patio overlooking Golden Pond or taking in the Sunset from our beautiful private beach - you will want to reserve this tranquil space quickly!
The Kitchen features new solid wood cabinets/crown molding, updated lighting and fan, oversized stainless-steel sink, white/grey quartz countertop, new stove and refrigerator, and new custom tile backsplash with under cabinet lighting. The bathrooms were also updated to include quartz countertops and new cabinets and sinks in the master and guest bathrooms! All rooms also offer brand new LVP, except the living room which has 18'' tile. A brand-new HVAC was installed in 2021 and the roof was replaced in 2020. Pools, Pickle-ball and so much fun awaits you! Golf carts welcome.

We travel alot, this was good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a few things this didn't have that others do and maybe since they are updating it it will come in time. No spices or condiments. We did purchase salt and pepper so pay it forward next ones, build a pantry!!! No coffee filters which maybe over time will build a collection. Washer and Dryer is shared and a coin laundry, right outside unit in the hallway. New furniture here and there, beds and some furniture could stand an update. Fridge works fine, just racks in freezer are rusted a little. Stove very dated but works. Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. Very big space and great patio. Just a few upgrades and a better pantry is all, everything else was great!

It was a great place to stay with walking distance to the venue and the beach. Really pleasant outdoor patio to sit and enjoy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape Resorts Inc, does an excellent job of keeping you up to date from booking to checking in and checking out. This location is not well kept and is filthy. The carpets haven’t been cleaned for a long time (evident by finding a previous guests socks under the edge of the bed) and are gross to walk on. The tile floors haven’t been cleaned in general and the bathrooms are dirty. The tv and fan do not work in the living room. The property location is great and close to the pool and golf course. A good cleaning of the place including the furniture is required before renting.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape is a wonderful resort for the entire family. We have stayed several times. However this particular unit 93A had the worst furniture I’ve ever seen. The sofa and loveseat sink to the floor and are dirty. The Queen bed is so uncomfortable. An old rocker and one chair is the patio furniture. We will stay at Seascape again but this unit should be taken off the rental market until the furniture is replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we encountered a very strong moisture smell. Turns out the garbage disposal was leaking and the owners were already aware because there was a bin placed under. After night two, my daughter and her friend were hearing weird sounds in their room in the middle of the night. No, it was not the people above us. My wife also heard a door slam when she was alone in the villa. When she checked the room where the door slammed, it happened to be the room my daughter was staying in. My son was also hearing thumps coming from behind his wall. A lot of things were very dusty including lamps, headboards, and nightstands. We did enjoy the two chairs and umbrella amenitie. Overall we had a great time. Other than the scary phenomenon’s the condo was great for the pricing and I could not have had a better time with my family.

Resort great, Specific Villa could use some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the resort going on 10 years now and have stayed in various Golf Course, Lakefront and Boardwalk villas. Golf Course Villa 93A is by far the worse. This villa can definitely use some attention. The mirrors in the dining area were dirty, walls in the guest bathroom and throughout were peeling, the sofas still had sand from the previous stay, the AC in the carpeted bedrooms didn't work well. We found that the twin bedroom was the coldest so we eventually closed the vents in it. Also found that the remote controls were all labeled incorrectly and didn't work for the respective TVs/rooms. We found an sanitary napkin wrapper in the closet, leftover clothes; it seemed like the villa was not cleaned well between visitors. The villa was functional but again, could you some love and care. Would also like to note that this building does not face the golf course.

Had to be moved after staying one night. Staff was so nice!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at Golf Villa 93A and had to immediately contact front desk about smell in unit and issues with toliet. We had to open up the windows and sliding doors to let the unit air out. It was noted that Unit 93A had lots of family photos on the wall.Staff sent a nice maintaince man to fix the toilet. He did fix the ussue. A nice young lady from house keeping came and gave us sheets to put over the sofa because they had stains on them and told us someone would be by in the morning to clean the sofas. It was noted that moisture bags where in all of the closets. Went to bed with the smell. I woke up around 5:30AM to use the rest room and the tile floor leading to the bathr floor was wet. When I made it to the bathroom the ceiling was leaking. We found out later that in the unit above the bowl broke and was leaking down to our unit. There was constant drippage from the ceiling when we left. We have video and pictures to show how bad the ceiling was. We called after hours mataninece and he sent someone down. I also left messages with the front desk to document with them what was going on. I did speak with someone around 9 AM they were very nice. Another nice young lady came from house keeping with towels and to clean up water and other matter from the floor,sink bathub and toilet. There was black matter on the toilet, in the tub on the floor and the sink. This nice younglady noted that that the ceiling was still leaking when she contacted someone about the issue. On our calls and messages we expressed our concerns about mold and other matter that was coming from the unit above. We were told on a call with a nice young man that they were cleaning an updated unit for us to move to. We were contacted via text at 11:48AM that the unit was available. Our experience with Golfvilla 93A was not a good one. This units seems to needs new furniture and some major fixes to the ceiling due to the leaks from the upstairs unit. Also it seems that moisture has been an issue.
