Tranquil Retreat with Gulf Views, 2 Min Walk to Pedestrian-Only Beach

Seraphina By The Sea is located in a tranquil beachfront neighborhood on the West End of Galveston, Texas. Our island home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street with direct beach access by dune walkover. A mere two-minute leisurely stroll puts your toes in the sand and your mind at ease. Our beach is closed to vehicular traffic so you can let your little ones explore the wonders of nature without worry. Watch the sun rise over the Gulf and sink into the bay from Seraphina's elevated decks.

Seraphina By The Sea is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home decorated in a soothing coastal farmhouse style. The home has a beautifully decorated family room, well-stocked kitchen for the family chef, and ample seating around the expandable dining table and kitchen bar. The family room has a 65-inch 4K TV with surround sound and a media console stocked with games, books, and puzzles. A large deck with beach views has picnic tables for casual meals under the setting sun.

The main floor has a full bathroom, a bedroom with queen-size four-poster bed, and a playful bunk room for the kids. In the bunk room, several kid-friendly items such as a pack-n-play, high-chair, and infant tub are provided. A sleeper sofa in the family room rounds out the sleeping arrangements on the main floor.

Enjoy the luxurious primary bedroom encompassing the entire top floor complete with a spacious bathroom, plush king size bed, coffee bar, 65-inch 4K TV, and private deck with gulf and bay views.

On the ground level, there is a fenced-in yard, grill, picnic table, hammock, and additional seating. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a great spot to rinse off after a day on the beach. Sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, rolling cooler, and shade canopy are available for use.

Our community, Pointe San Luis, is a quiet single-family residential neighborhood. The community pool is located on the bayside and is an ideal spot to watch the sunset over West Bay. Take a morning jog or evening stroll along our pedestrian-only beach and marvel at the natural beauty of the dunes.

Relaxing Beach Trip

This house made for a wonderful trip for our family of 5. The quick, walkable access to the beach was so much more relaxing than hopping in a car or having to cross a busy street. We loved breakfasts on the porch each morning.

Our family of 4 loved this cozy home near the beach! One of the most family friendly places we have ever stayed. We don’t have babies, but there were SO many accessories available if you were traveling with an infant - Including a full size crib in the Master bedroom closet. Just perfect! We loved being such a short walk to the ocean and being able to see it from all the windows and balconies. The garage had umbrellas, a wagon and endless beach toys for kiddos. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our fourth year kicking off the summer in this wonderful residence. As always our stay was great. The home is perfectly situated and very clean. The number of rooms/beds is great for our 5 kiddos and there’s plenty of space for them to do their own thing indoors and out. We’re already looking forward to next year’s stay. What a treat! The location to the beach was perfect and the house itself was exactly what our family needed! The beach is as close to a private beach as you can get and most days we were the only ones at the pool! We loved that our area was quiet yet welcoming to a family with young children. Lots of fun things within a 30 minute drive to the east. The communication with the host was quick and easy! We enjoyed a great week in Galveston!

We had a wonderful time! The house was absolutely perfect and the location was wonderful being so close to the beach. It was so helpful that they provided everything we needed for a day at the beach including a wonderful wagon to bring our things. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time in the San Luis beach area. Of Galveston.We just loved it! Nice to have your own private beach with easy access from the property. A very quiet and beautiful community.
